Review 1：This hotel has lovely area. It has a lot of greenery & flowers. It has beautiful sea view from swiming pool & restaurant. I loved the design of the hall, the spaciois breakfast room. If you go to this hotel, please have car. A sweet town of Cannigione can be reached driving in 3 mins where you find many souvenir shops, many restaurants & supermarkets - everything you need for vacation is there. There is a late evening bazaar & various small local concerts in the town. The beach with facilities Mannena can be reached in 7 mins. Or you can drive 20 mins to magnificent beach with good facilities of Baja Sardinia close to Porto Cervo. Rooms (153,139) in the hotel are basic. Not spacious. It has aircondition, tv, some rooms has balcony & safebox (153). It has some basic Sardinian styling. Bathroom is normal size, shower cabin in small. Water pressure was good most of time & hot (if not many guests around use shower at the same time). Normally clean, no smell. Towels,paper, some pretty basic cosmetics. WC worked fine. Breakfast is basic - no hot meal, only on request. Croissants were tasty. Coffee machine, ham, cheese, granola, yogurt, boiled eggs, some pastries, jam & etc. Pool are is spacious, not many people, has no umbrellas (!), sunbeds are not in best condition. Pool is spacious, 1.6-1.5 deep, water is refreshing even cold some days, but pool helped us many times anyways to spend extra time & refresh after sea. The chief manager lady in the hotel is very sweet, intelligent, kind & understanding person. Every client will be happy with her.

Review 2：The room was in a horrible location with no view, no light (the artificial light was ridicolous as well) and it smelled like mold. In fact the toilet (shower) was full of black/green mold. We had to stay always with the window open, but -as the room was on the ground floor- everyone could see us from outside (zero privacy). The room was supposed to have a mini fridge (we needed it to keep some stuff) and of course it didn't have any. Finally, the price of the hotel is absolutely not worth it: in Sardinia you can get much better for the same price.

Review 25：There is many things which made our stay very unpleasant. We got theroom with no air condition after claiming this issue they gave us theroom for single person. In the end finally we got the room with aircondition but so for away from the picture which are shown on the web.The shower door was broken and it was so tidy space to clean myself. (Im a small person and I really had a problem also with it) Wi-fi waslimited and you can use it just in lobby ( after receiving the code forone hour). The room is so humid and from my point of view this hotel isoverpriced,hotel doesnt have 3 star standard and so far a way from thebeach on the hill (cca 2 km). And the last big issue was also payment ofour stay. Since via booking is possible pay the reservation with Amexcard I thought everything will be ok. They had charged from my card onemonth in advance our reservation twice. When we arrived to the hotelthey informed me that I didnt pay my room. So I should pay for my staythe third time!!! I was not just one client of this hotel with thisproblem. So after many phone calls to the bank we could finally providecheck out.

Review 26：Internet connection is only avaliable in the hotel loby and not in thewhole hotel as written under description. You can get a passwrod onlyfor an hour, than it expires and you need to ask at reception foranother one.The setting up of bathroom is terrible - while sitting on the toilet you have your feet in shower bath.
