Reviews for Ginsyo

Review 1:Nothing!

Review 2:We loved the welcoming staff! Lovely traditional welcome drink whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Rooms are big comfortable and clean. It was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the hot sand baths or onsen. Dinner and breakfast was also very delicious, so much fresh food and great staff. The staff also spoke fairly good English in the hotel which was a bonus.

Review 3:Even in Japan, a country where service standards are very high, Ginsyo's staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. As usual, don't expect almost anyone to speak English, but there is at least one person on reception duty who speaks well enough. We had booked a massage in a local spa and they offered to give us a lift in the car. In the evenings, they put out coloured candles on the beach to make a beautiful display. The rooms are large, with balconies overlooking the sea - wonderful!

Review 4:While this is an aging 80s boom hotel, it's in decent shape, and has great staff and a lovely rooftop rotenburo. Perhaps a bit pricey for being such a large property, and for the quality of the dinner.

Review 5:Too little staff can speak English.

Review 6:Good service. Staff are very polite and helpful. In particular front desk staff Ms. Sugiyama Yuka. Well done.

Review 7:Staff can't speak English.

Review 9:Staffs are extreamly kind and foods were great. Rooftop hot tub is beutiful. But wifi is only available near loby area not in a room.
