Review 2：Very friendly personal, good coverage at breakfast. Offered bikes for a tour, well explanation how to reach Venice by boat. very uncomplicated. Had the choice of bedroom towards the beach or to the side.

Review 9：very friendly and obliging staff, close to the beach and the old town of Chioggia. Free bike rental. Rather small, but very clean room and bathroom.

Review 10：It`s not so clean. The bathroom has small carpets on the floor that are not changing regulary (they stay there for another guest). Also, the stairs and halls were rather dirty. The cleaniest part of this hotel is breakfast restaurant. Its nice and clean place. WIFI is not working in rooms, just down at the lobby.

Review 11：The staff was kind. We park our car in front of hotel for free. Chioggia city center is walking distance and beach is right across the street. Breakfast was fine.
