Review 1：The hotel is old and badly worn down. Apart from one significant natural asset (the sand bath), the whole town is miserably drab. Our bento breakfast on departure day was a bad joke: three packs of rice with nothing else in the box.

Review 3：Arriving at the hotel we got a very hearty and warm welcome from the hotel staff. First impression was like checking in into a hotel on Hawaii. The front hall is lovely decorated and the hotel staff really very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor, with city view. Already on the outside of the hotel you can see that it's a 70ths something-building that's has seen it's best years. Sadly enough it's the same with the interior - especially the beds are quite old and the bathroom too. Nevertheless it was ok - the hotel staff made us forget a little about the very old and worn room. The breakfast was therefore very good and the breakfast room as very stylish and modern. Maybe the hotel needs a little make-over but the staff is really great!

Review 5：The hotel is two bus stops from Ibusuki Station which is convenient. Also it is facing the Kinko bay and you can either walk along the seaside or ride a bike. Staff doesn't speak good English but still try their best to help out. The outdoor hot spring and Japanese style breakfast are both satisfactory

Review 6：If you want to explore the resorts and areas around you will need to rent a car, car rental is available near the train station.

Review 7：Service and facilities were great, clean, comfortable. I recommend the sea view rooms, the water and the mountains are gorgeous. This is a very relaxed town with very sweet people. About 45 min walk to the sand bank, a must see and walking distance to great local restaurants. I suggest to explore the restaurant in town for dinner, it's a better option than eating at the hotel. Beautiful place.
