Review 1：The location is not convenient for travelers without a car.

Review 2：The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can use hotel bikes for free. The setup of the kitchenette is quite good.

Review 3：Sottomarina and Chioggio are two small boring towns. Lot of moisture in the air. But still good location to visit Venice.

Review 5：The pictures we did not recognize. Very worn and old apartment. Kitchen had only burner stove, no oven. It was not possible to grill outside, so the possibilities of cooking was limited. Air conditioning could not be felt in one room. There was no room for a table and chairs on the terrace, but maybe it did not matter, because there were so many mosquitoes that we could not stay out in the evening. It would be good if there were sprayed against mosquitoes.

Review 8：The animation team were brilliant. Pool was fantastic and sea was very clean considering it was Italy. Apartment was perfect for 3 kids and 2 adults. Could maybe have squeezed in one more kid on the sofabed in the kitchen. Kitchen had everything you need. Bedding and towels for the bathroom are supplied - you need to bring your own towels for the beach. Free deckchairs are on the beach and luckily there are plenty so that you can actually get more than the initial 2 per apartment.

Review 10：Three swimming pools, shower cosmetics around, clean, water checked few times a day; sunbeds near swimming pool have to be paid; access to beach (with an umbrella and two sunbeds); clean rooms. Parking place available - but caution - big cars won't fit as there is not enough space. Each apartment has a balcony – but there are no place to sit there, no table. On the other hand it was so hot even during the night that sitting outside was really difficult. Good place for families with kids. We also saw lot of young people looking for fun – events each evening. Air condo – pitty it was only in the kitchen so in sleeping rooms was too hot. Not a bad place for hanging around to Venice or so. Sottomarina is not a charming place – it is a city of vacation apartments. But very close is Chioggia, with better atmosphere, sea food fair in July, canals and bridges.

Review 13：The apartment was different from the pictures on the booking website. It was quite old and the bed can not be called as double .The reception was closed and could not check out properly.

Review 14：The staff is very kind. Beautiful garden, many opportunity for free time activities, Free bike, playground for children, tennis, etc... The apartment was clean, the beds are good. The fridge was also quite good and large.

Review 15：There was no microwave oven, TV and hair dryer in the apartment. Also it was a bit cold inside and the only possibility for heating was the AC, which could not warm it enough. Wifi theoretically free, but registration for non-Italian cell-phone it not possible.

Review 22：The pool was closed at 7pm that in summer is relatively soon. we could get bikes only during the day not evenings while in city, biking was common in evenings when temprature was lower than afternoon.

Review 23：The environment was very safe and comfortable, most of residents were families who aimed to seek the pleasure. Very friendly staff and welcoming to discuss about your issues. A clean and enjoyable pool was provided. the atmosphere of the beach was very safe and family friendly, completely private only for the residents; beds and umbrella was provided. the stuff you need in an apartment was fairly completed but no iron and no kettle; TV was not in my appartement but in some others were. Beds and rooms were comfotable and clean. The seevice you benefit from is really worth the price you're paying for; very economical.
