Review 3：The room was new, but furnished with very bad taste. Not what you expect in a mountain hotel in South Tirol. The mattresses were not comfortable. The cooking is mediocre, not what you would expect in a four star hotel.

Review 5：Room interior a bit dated, except for newly renovated bathrooms. Access to WiFi limited to reception area and despite extra charge extremely slow.

Review 7：Some minor comments: 3rd bed in triple room for 3 adults was folding extra bed with very soft mattress acceptable only for lightweight person. Detailed final bill included one false extra item from restaurant recorded by a mistake, finally was taken off by reception.Water in swimming pool could be warmer and restriction of jumping should not be only formal.
Review 8：In general we have been very satisfied with a friendly atmosphere, good location and very good meals and services of the hotel.
