Review 1：After thinking very hard, nothing comes to mind.

Review 2：The staff of the hotel, all staff members, were so kind and meeting all our needs, what more can you ask for? The restaurant is excellent and this is due to an excellent chef but without diminishing the chef's merits, due to the meticulousness of the restaurant manager.

Review 3：Modern hotel, with nice rooms, and a good breakfast. We had a superior room which had a free mini bar which was a bonus. Really good value. Probably same spec as premier inn in the UK Staff friendly and helpful. Only negative is its a bit out of town, but has loads of parking.

Review 28：The breakfast was lacking in choices for those who were not Italian. There was no fresh bread on offer, and too much sweet stuff for our taste. Some fresh berries would have been nice, and nice yoghurt, would be good. There was no garden space and no shaded areas or umbrellas to relax. The bar was not open very often. This hotel caters for business people, and is not located in the nicest part of. Modica.

Review 29：Very comfortable bed, nice modern facilities, lovely dining room staff, especially the young lady who could not do enough for us. we liked the balcony. There were one or two nice places to eat within walking distance.

Review 33：Staff is very cordial and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable with a high standard of finish. Unfortunately I did not get to dine in the hotel but the choice at breakfast was simply superb.

Review 34：if you are on holiday you dont want to stay here. It has no ambience, no charm. The only public area is the reception, which is like the front of an office. Your view from the window is of industrial warehouses or a building site. And dont arrive in the dark. You will never find the place. It is out in the commercial suburbs of a large and very messy town. There is also no local literature on the town and area, which is odd seeing the town is a heritage site. The hotel is also a couple of miles (seems further - steep hills) from the tourist sites. Not walkable.

Review 35：It is ideal for commercial travellers who just want a pit stop. It is clean, new, rooms are large, and all services modern and working. The restaurant serves excellent food.

Review 36：The breakfast is wonderfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and professional. La colazione è fantastica. Le stanze pulite e confortevoli e lo staff molto gentile e professionale.

Review 37：It is a bit difficult to find the place without GPS because of a somewhat complicated road system in Modica (with three parts of the town), but luckily people there were amazingly helpful.

Review 39：There is nothing really to say here. The hotel is rather in a southern suburb of Modica, but that was no problem for us with a car. There ought to be good bus connections into the city as well.

Review 40：The staff was really friendly and there was no problem at all when arriving very late in the night. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is exceptionally rich and tasteful for Sicily, offering much more than the "normal" sweet breakfast. The pastry probably is that good, because Modica is the chocolate city of Sicily. In general the value is really great for the (low) price.

Review 41：Though we had a quite and peaceful sleep, at one stage during the afternoon of arrival we could hear neighbours talking through the walls. We were worried this might happen at bedtime but fortunately it didn't and we slept soundly.

Review 42：Pretty much everything. Some people may not have liked it's distance from the attractions of Modica but for us that was a plus as it meant we could find parking easily and get around on foot or public transport without the hassles of driving on the roads of hell that is Sicily.
