Review 1：The hot water was not turned on in our rooms. But was immediately sorted out when we notified reception.
Review 2：The whole resort is wonderful and the staff and owner so friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous meal and we're made to feel very special.
Review 3：Pool water was green - looked unclean. We seemed to be the only guests staying overnight (early September). There was however a local kid's 18th birthday being celebrated by the pool in the evening, which was very noisy and those guests were not staying overnight. Room was noisy due to the party but we could also hear the phone ring in reception so hardly any soundproofing. We did not have a good night and complained but the hotel staff were not will to offer any discount/compensation for lack of sleep due to noise. There was nothing to do in this ghost town and glad we cut our stay down to one night. There are far better places to stay for the same price in Italy.
