Once belonging to noble consorts, this renovated 19th century residence is surrounded by many farmhouses and churches, giving you a tranquil and picturesque break.
Located deep in the Sicilian countryside, it was restored respecting the architecture of its time, and it still maintains some of the original furniture. It is close to Modica's old county of Noto's Valley, in the heart of the sicilian baroque. The hotel is also close to the sea with kilometers of rose sand beaches; Taormina, Etna, Agrigento and Siracuse are also close by.
A beautiful stone courtyard is surrounded, like the entire villa, by a stone wall, the same wall that defines the edge of the ancient promenade.
During the day, when not relaxing in the hotel's private pool, or exploring the historic town of Modica, you can visit the famous Titanic coast. Here you can sunbathe on an old fishing boat, before dancing on it late into the night.

Review 8：Amazing pool and beautiful villa with stunning gardens. Great looking restaurant on the grounds but we went to nearby Modica, which is a must on any visit to Sicily. Very friendly staff. Very lovely breakfast on the patio.

Review 11：Bit dated. Suburban location. Food in the very smart attached pizzeria disappointing. No fruit for breakfast but plenty of pastries and also cheese and meat. Improvement work currently in the garden. Will be nice once completed. Car needed.

Review 12：Nice b&b type hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet feel despite of location. Very good value for money. Lovely pool. Very helpful staff at reception. Supermarket close by so easy to have our own lunch on the terrace.

Review 13：Some rooms open direclty to the breakfast area, try to avoid them. The villa seemed to still be in preparation for the season, some cleaning was still needed. It is located in a commercial zone outside Modica, near a big shopping mall, but once you are on the property it feels more like a country villa.

Review 14：Our room was nice and huge, but we were upgraded to a room for 4 people with a private entrance. The villa has a very nice pool, unfortunately it was to cold for us to enjoy it. The staff was super friendly. There is a big private parking.
