Review 1：One of the worst access roads we have encountered in St Lucia - very steep incline and heavily pitted and deformed surface. A rather predatory approach to ensure instant payment - even before we had shaken the dust off.
Review 2：A large well appointed apartment Excellent bathroom with good plumbing! Quiet location but with good public transport to Castries, Rodney Bay and Gross Islet Actually good value despite the negatives.
Review 3：The proprietor and staff were very friendly the lady booked our tour of the island for us and it was lovely the room we stayed in was well kept no problems at all its not far from the baywalk mall nor the rodney bay mall about 3mins drive if do much it was a lovely experience plan to stay there again we all enjoyed our stay there
Review 4：Check in time was supposed to be at 12 got there about 12:25 was told the room wasn't ready be ready in 10 minutes my spouse and I sat on the balcony for approx. 30 minutes then I went to find out what's going on because no one came to say anything I was told to give them 15 minutes sat out there hot my spouse had to take off his shirt was so hot I sat there with a magazine trying to fan and cool myself we sat there until it was 2:53 and we were told the room was finally ready no one came to offer a glass of water or give an update I found that very unprofessional and when entering the room I found it very small so small that there wasn't enough space for the kitchenette that it was placed on the small balcony. I queried was told we were given a different room.(much smaller) We are not picky persons but will not be going back to alize the road which leads to the facility is very terrible the taxi guy kept complaining bout the road its up a dilapidated road with huge holes.Alize fits into a little local guest house category not hotel its not what it looks like in the pics one more thing there's a flight of tiny stairs u go up before you see anyone because the reception area is upstairs. Imagine carrying your luggage up tiny stairs. All in all I would not recommend Alize Inn the staff are ok but not good enough and the facility was not what I expected we spent 5 nights at the sandals la toc there u find excellent service .
