Review 1：Place is nice, atmosphere super, accommodation was great, with the biggest bed I have ever slept in... The staff was awesome. very informative, helpful, suggestive... they reserved us local trattoria, which was fully occupied few minutes later.. perfect service !

Review 2：The room we got when we checked in was dark and included a tiny 'balcony' blocked by 1.5-2.5 meter walls. We insisted of changing it and were upgraded to a very nice room. Avoid the 4th flour rooms! Wifi worked only in the lobby.

Review 3：Castle view from the room we eventually got was great. Location is excellent if you wish to visit Soave. Staff was usually kind and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Review 4：I didn't like anything...except good location but besides that....it was terrible, the view in the add was only the most expensive rooms and the entire reason I booked it was because it looked like it over looked the castle from the room but definitely not the case

Review 5：Front desk staff was rude to foreigners Made us wait to check in until all Italians were taken care of...and that was 4 people who we were in front of that checked in ahead as he told us to wait continuously. Very rude any time we asked for anything

Review 10：Everything. Kind and helpful staff, nice and big room, view, very close to the city. Very good breakfast. Free WIFI. And next to hotel is big playground for children. Really very nice hotel.

Review 11：A bit strange is the hotel garage. It cost 5 euro/day. There is no proper intercom system to get in and it's accessible for everyone. The town does not feel unsafe and there was no issue.

Review 12：Soave is a small town, but still quite some tourists. The town is known for its white wines. The hotel is within walking distance of the town. We stayed in the hotel for the second time. The hotel is clean, personell is friendly, breakfast is very nice. Bar is available and restaurants in walking distance. Wifi is good in the room.

Review 13：The spa and wellness center was closed for the summer! That was one of the main reasons for booking the hotel initially. There is no hotel restaurant, and breakfast is a buffet similar to that offered in cheaper 3 star hotels.

Review 45：I booked a junior suite on Bookings.com and the hotel gave us a half of a family suite with a kitchenette and a very tiny bathroom with no couch as advertised. They said they ran out of junior suites and could not adjust our price. In spite of the room mess up I loved the hotel!!

Review 48：I loved the location of the hotel next to the old part of Soave. The personnel spoke properly English and gave all the guest a really good service: i.e. the breakfast normally opened at 7am, but it wasn't an issue at all to start already at 6.30. The lobby is quite chique, the rooms are quite value for money! If I would go back to Soave, I choose definitely again for Hotel Roxy Plaza!

Review 55：Hotel is quiet, modern, clean and managed in very profesional way - and you get this all for resonable price! Restaurants, wineshops and pizzerias are only a short walk from its doors. Plus it is a great location - in the heart of Soave, small, charming town famous for great white wine and beatifull old castle. Verona, Vincenza or Padoa are only a short drive away, so if somoene is tired of staying in popular and overcrowded Italian cities, this hotel is a perfect location to stay!!!

Review 62：Booked junior suite with castle view, and room given had no view only trees, so complained was first was told no other room available, and then after awhile one suddenly became available which had the view I paid for. Also at breakfast everything seemed to run out constantly and so had to ask. Also first night was told that only one sachet of coffee per person per day was given, however next day we were given more coffee.
