Review 1：We were let down by the fact that being low season the spa was closed. I know that there written on booking.com but we didn't see it and the spa was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. one thing I learned is not to go again in these places in low season because everything is closed, not even a cable car works....to be honest we felt a bit let down after all we paid like others...Another thing that wasn't up to standard was the breakfast, low season you know...

Review 5：Vě+tší vzdálenost z Livigna než se na první pohled zdá. Menší počet parkovacích stání před hotelem, jinak parkování možné v po velmi příkrém sjezdu. Nízká auta ( podvozek ) mají problém.

Review 9：A 'proper' hotel with unexpected faculties for the price, great location with lovely view over alps and valley. Staff we're a very friendly and helpful and the suite we had (only 75 euro) was roomy with sofa bed and front and rear balconies. Even had off road parking and nice little bar

Review 11：We stayed for one night on our way from Livigno to Bergamo and we were delighted by the hotel. Nice warm room, big bathroom, comfortable beds. But the more important thing is the hotel service. Extemely nice people and the girl at the reception in particular. We had a problem with the rented car and had to organize an alternative way to get back to Bergamo airport. The receptionist girl made her best to help us. BIG thanks to her!!! And the food in the restaurant was extremely good, the service was flawless. Even if we do not stay at the hotel in the future, we will surely stop by again to have lunch on our way to/back from Livigno.

Review 12：Matrasses could be better, but after a day in the mountains you anyhow sleep. Saturday night was noisy.

Review 13：The staff is super friendly and passionated. There's a super restaurant/pizzeria + daily menu for a correct price. Bikes can be stored inside. We had an amazing cycling holiday!

Review 14：- 4-bedded room is small and dark. OK for 1-2 nights, definitelly not good for a week stay -70°C in sauna and 30°C in whirpool is really not enough

Review 17：Everything worked like clockwork.The staff were very helpful and friendly,the owner even clean our car of snow! The scenery from our room was lovely,as we were right opposite the mountains and the river. The waiter told us about the roman baths that are near by and how to get there and other local things.The hotel was very clean.
