Review 4：Tremendous staff, elegant would be my best description. Close to my destination, an an OK taxi to the airport. Dedicated Taxi was very nice. (why don't so many of the taxis in Mexico have seatbelts in the back...the drivers do...)

Review 14：The room was attractively styled and very comfortable. During our flight travel someone had trashed the travel padlock on my bag, and the hotel Maintainance crew were there with a smile and a hacksaw in moments! The staff at this hotel were marvellous.

Review 19：Nothing exceptional, if your room faces the street you will be annoyed by the music coming from across the street. Not all floors are the same. The 5th and 6th floor are the best, but again don't face the street. It's a very quiet hotel, not much happening there.
