Review 1：The food was not that appealing. Really disappointed in the menus. Very limited.

Review 5：The road from the villas to Gros Islet district needs to be paved it is full of potholes this is just in case you want to pass through the village on your way out. The regular road is excellent.

Remember, it's anisland and coming from an nyc frame of mind it was sometimes a littlefrustrating. But I will absolutely go back again because it was a lovelyexperience and a very nice place.

Review 15：The hotel was going to move us to another hotel upon checking in,because they were apparently overbooked. We booked 2 months in advancevia booking.com. We did not know this, had a friend who works in thehotel industry not told us. We had an infant with us and we were veryspecific with the room amenities (full kitchen etc). The hotel they weregoing to move us to was adults only (and no full kitchen). After hoursof back and forth conversations (and begging practically), they finallyguaranteed our room. However this whole episode left a bad taste, theydid not even call us to say what they were intending to do. We could notcancel the reservation because we could not get a refund for the flight.

Review 24：Location was great for Pigeon Island, Rodney Bay and its restaurants and Rain forest Adventure. Excellent efficient staff, drivers etc all ran on time.

Review 25：The people at the hotel were very nice, very helpful and very friendly. The accommodations and facilities (Tennis courts, beach, wind surfers, paddle boards) were first rate as well and the rates for activities were very reasonable. We had a car which was very helpful for us as we like to explore and spent many days on other parts of the island.

Review 26：Not an issue for us, just a comment for the guests who expect fast service all the time...Things tend to slow down on the islands and this is no exception. Take it with a smile, it will get done!

Vilas are beautiful, top units views of the Marina were perfect, we even got the upgrade with jacuzzi! Biggest thanks goes to Anna Marshal and Angela Torille who did everything even before our arrival to make sure our big party of 7 had what we wanted! Thank you ! We hope to visit again!
