Review 1：The wifi wasn't working very well, especially in the rooms. And mosquitos were quite a problem, pack bug spray.

Review 2：The setting was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We ate at a lovely authentic restaurant within walking distance that the manager recommended. Just 10minutes from Sienna.

Review 3：This place was beauty personified. From the scenery, architecture, pool, vineyards, linen and breakfast ... everywhere you looked was a feast for the eye. Staff were incredibly obliging. Loved it.

Review 4：Room needed refurbishment, felt damp; bathroom not 4*. Disappointed having returned after 15 years to find very poor room upkeep. We were very upset that loud and smoking local people that were not staying at the hotel turned up at the pool area to ruin our afternoon of peace.

We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and laying on sunbeds for hours in the tranquil setting. It was a 10 minute drive to Sienna and there was a gorgeous Beer Garden restaurant at Sovicille called Vechio Maniero which was a wonderful surprise - delicious meals and setting. We would love to go back and stay again - felt so relaxed within even a day after busy sight-seeing in major cities. Great to enjoy breakfast out on the terrace - ahhh wish I was back there now!
