Review 1：The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's is an family hotel and it feels just like that! A second home in the mountains of Tuscany. Also the rooms are very comfortable and the food (breakfast and diner) are superb.

Review 8：Fridge wasn't cool when we arrived; and made a fairly present humming noise that prevents a firm sleep. A rather small tv ( about 20") with only Italian channels. No international (BBC, CNN, Eurosport, ... ) channels. Our room had airco, but the control-element was (deliberately?) removed. Maybe it's centrally controlled, but as far as we can tell, we were unable to utilise it. Was acceptable because of the outside temperatures at that time. The lid of the toiletseat was loose. If this is being cleaned for the next guests, the staff should notice this and take the screwdriver at hand. WIFI worked okay for e-mail, and just that. And only for the person who had used the code on the portal-site. Other notebooks and smartphones might have needed a separate log-in ? The hollow part of the emergency/service switch in the bathroom was dusty/moldy. Room and bathroom was clean.
Review 9：The price was fair. All was well-balanced for the price that you pay! Much herbs and flowers around the building. Well kept and large garden to sit in. Swimming pool was clean as you would expect from an indoor one. Room was clean. Location to Pistoia
Review 10：At check-out we had to remind them that the stay was prepaid. If we wouldn't have been attentive, we would have paid twice. Presumably this was a non-intentional error from their side and not maliciously planned... at least we hope so.

Review 19：small, homely hotel, quiet and peaceful, very nice staff, rooms cleaned every day, varied and tasty breakfast buffet, and the ability to to purchase dinners at a reasonable price (there is also a children's menu), you can feel comfortable in a very short distance there are shops and restaurants (more than one although the town is tiny), the area around the hotel is also developed which gives the opportunity to rest not only in the rooms

If it had been warmer, the pool would have been nice to use. The food they cooked for dinner was very good and well priced. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of items.

No dinner available on Friday evening - restaurant closed and we were not informed by staff - another guest told us. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Beds/pillows uncomfortable. No soap dishes in shower. Shower cubicle far too small. Poor quality toilet accessories - toilet roll/ soaps. On our last night we arrived back at 9.05pm to find hotel in darkness and locked. Hotel needs a make over.

There are nice terraces, a lovely pool ( wehad no problem always getting sun beds ) and excellent staff who speakgood English and are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a hugebuffet choice and the restaurant is very good and always well used.Restaurant prices are very reasonable. There's also an excellent Pizzaplace about 10 minutes walk down the hill. Pisa and Florence are aroundan hour away...we struggled to be bothered after chilling out for a fewdays here !
Review 48：Bad aircond. Bad speed on the wifi(but its free). Little to much sweetnes on breakfast table. Hard to find good healthie breakfast. The restaurant aint that great that people say here on booking. If you expect a simple meal for an ok price maybe ok. It all depends on what your expectations are. We had the unluck to sit right beside the playground for kids that were playing ball and we almost got the ball in our food! Parents(french) did'nt care at all.
Review 49：The location in the mountain was great. The pool also. Free parking. Wifi was actually free (but very very poor speed). Like everyone else said - it's a perfecet spot for people like us who travel by car and went Pisa, Chianti, Da vincis birthplace and so on. It's right in the middle. The staff was serviceminded especially the lady in the reception.
Review 50：On requesting an early breakfast, we were told by the chef he would leave some bread etc out for us and we could turn the drinks machine on - this was great. However when we came downstairs, the reception was in darkness, the restaurant in darkness and surprise nothing left for us. We tried to exit by the main door - it was locked - again in darkness. Eventually we found a door that opened on the inside and we escaped. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss as to whether foods were available.

LiggerI en liten by med ett glasscafé, pizzeria och en mikro-livsmedelsaffär.Hotellet, som drivs av familjen, är välskött och gästvänligt. Rummen ärrymliga. Trädgården är vacker och poolen var skön att svalka sig I.Frukosten var varierande och riklig. Kan varmt rekommendera hotelletsresturang som på kvällen serverade en tre-rätters meny. Prisvärt menframförallt mycket gott. Vi bodde på detta hotell fyra nätter. Vi hyrdebil och åkte på dagsutflykter. Jag vill rekommendera detta hotell tillEr som vi uppleva Toscana - både naturmässigt och matmässigt.

Review 56：Perhaps the furnishings are a little dated and would benefit from being lighter and brighter, but that is a minor point as once you step inside you realise that you are going to be treated to a delight.The pool is definitely an added bonus especially when you have done all that cycling!
Review 57：The owners were so obliging and could not do enough to be helpful and made our stay memorable by their attentiveness to detail. The food was out of this world- so fresh and beautifully cooked, a real find in a rural area.On the afternoon of our stay they allowed us free of charge to use the bikes and we cycled to Vinci which was 15km of downhill pleasure. The views were breathtaking and you were constantly aware of the heady scent of jasmine amid the olive trees and vines as you free wheeled your way down the hairpin bends.The museum in Vinci dedicated to Leonardo had an important writer there filming so we could not go in, but the excellent meal awaiting us on our return was worth the disappointment of not entering .
Review 58：The hotel owners were extremely friendly and could not do enough to makeour stay a pleasant one. Food was excellent and the rooms were clean andwell equipped. Stunning location. For a short break this is an idealhotel for a quiet relaxing break, within easy access of Florence, Pisaand Sienna. The pool is a bonus after a long day sightseeing.

Review 61：The Hotel has reallly good staff and is a family run hotel so the atomosphere is more like that of living in a small town which we really liked. We missed out on the food as guests need to make reservations in the morning and we were not sure about our daily return before 10pm. The Location is a bit tricky as our navigation system took us to an unknown road and we had to figure out figure out by asking some locals which again was not easy as rarely you will find anyone speaking english. I would advice to take a pinted map and take the Lamproccheou route which is the easiest. Not ideal for a travller without a car, but I must say that the drive on San Baronto was just beautiful!
