Review 1：The gym was too small.

Review 2：The staff was corteous and knowledgeable. There was a mistake with the reservation but they let us in and the problem was solved by the next morning, no hassle, no questions asked. The breakfast was fantastic, with all sorts of little details included (lactose free milk, almond milk, etc.) Internet was good and seamless throughout the hotel. A/C was great and silent.

Review 3：Bedsheets have been stained, room fruit rotten or missing, phones not working. I love this Hotel, but am troubled that small details detract from confidence needed for (excellence) overall rating. No recognition for frequent stays, prices a little costly.
