Review 1：Reception personnel absolutely not welcoming, the issue that we have raised needed to be solved by ourselves, the personnel was even arrogant. Food varied depending on the chefs (one dinner OK, the next day not eatable). Not recommended for the families as the resort is rather occupied with guests that want to use the 'all inclusive' offer (including the alcohol from the morning till the evening). Overall there was not an atmosphere that we would like to repeat on our vacation anymore.

Review 2：Not too many things, the location is nice if you want to discover the north of the island.

Review 3：The wifi is not accessible in the rooms. On Sundays, there seems to be a weekly event by a neighboring centre, with loud music till very late at night, which you can hear from some of the rooms.

Review 5：beach bbq badly manage long lines cold food, if there was any left by the time you got there, real bad service and if you didn't like it there was no other place to go because you didn't have reservations and that's another issue making reservations to the restaurants waiting for nearly an hour to make a reservation to a place that is sold out real bad, would not go back some of the workers are nice but they have to do better bar service sucks beer was not cold to many restrictions at a pool bar, I guess I didn't bring a shirt and tie, waiting for clean glasses only one place to get towels god luck grab them before you go on an excursion the next day

Review 7：This is not an all-inclusive you are limited to where you can eat you have to make reservations for everything. The pool close at 6pm limited to the liquor kind. My main problem was if I paid for my room why on earth would you still ask me for $375.00 stating it a hold for the resort fee and will be refundable after your stay. This should be known up front before you book your hotel reservation. I will never stay at St James again

Review 9：Although our particular diet was accommodated, the meals lacked any kind of seasoning. The presentation of the meals were great, however the lack of seasoning was a complete disappointment.

Review 11：I did not like being talked to in the hotel lobby where everyone could hear the hotel manager tell me that broke the rules by bringing a guest to dinner. This rule was NOT posted anywhere in the hotel or on the sign-in agreement. It made me feel like I was stealing food. Totally uncalled for!!!

Review 13：Our room had missing trim, broken tile, stains on the ceiling, and Mosquitos in the room. We ended up only staying 3 nights out of 9 and came home early. We paid for an ocean view and all we got were trees!

Review 19：Beds were extremely old, soft and uncomfortable and we had to move rooms. How ever our friends had no complaints. Sporting equipment is old and breaking, and they need to replace it.

Review 20：Every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the range of leisure and sporting activities was so varied and fantastic. Even with resort full there was always loads of space in pools, restaurants and activities. You don't feel the need to leave the resort as it has everything there. Would recommend for couples or group holidays.

Review 21：The fitness centre was below standard but was being upgraded whilst I was there. The technical support to the entertainment Centre was poor. No spots,poor microphones and a let down when compared with other facilities and unhelpful to the artists

The roped off swimming area was even smaller and very unappealing to those of us who came for a romantic vacation. The staff is generally unfriendly and seem burnt out on the rude, drunken guests that got progressively louder throughout the afternoon.
