Review 1：Difficult to get into and out of the parking area for one has to back into a very busy narrow street. The B&B is located in a business area of the city, too far to walk to the restaurants in the old town - necessary to drive and then parking in the old town is very difficult.

Review 3：Loved everything! Stefania is such a great host. Everything is nice, clean and bed was perfect. All the goodies (sweet breads) are done by her for breakfast. When we arrived, she had prepared a platter of typical Sicilian sweets. I highly recommend the place is nice, fruit trees and so welcoming. Not in center of town but worth the trip! Review 10：The place is a work of art, designed by the architect-owner. The rooms are elegant and very comfortable. Everywhere your eye falls is lovely; no detail has been overlooked. The outside garden is a respite and creates lovely views for the rooms. A generous breakfast, homemade jams from the garden, and complimentary Modica chocolates are other pleasures. The staff is exceedingly helpful and kind. Secure parking. An exceedingly excellent value.
Review 11：Location doesn't really allow one to walk in the local area as on a very busy road. Modica itself has some nice historic buildings but signage is a nightmare - well non existant!
