Review 1：Parking is a bit away from the property and with no footpath it was bit risky with young children to get to there due to very busy road. WiFi was dead slow like having no WiFi.
Review 2：Cleanliness, View and location were very good. Lisa is a lovely person who's looking after the property.
Review 3：There could have been a basic pack of salt sugar olive oil etc bin liners etc Apart from a few sachets of the above if planning to even eat breakfast you had to pretty much start from scratch and with no dishwasher or washing machine ( strange because these days nearly everywhere has these) The other major draw back is the proximity to the road does make it very noisy and that there are a lot of stairs and without Diana's help would have had a really tough time. Also there is no path into the next town and whilst I was recovering and was happy to stay put - when I did want to go out was concerned about getting run over!
Review 4：The property was recently renovated and had a really nice feel to it especially with the lake views from both the bedroom and the living room. The furnishings were simple but perfect for the Appartment. The bed had to be THE most comfortable in any Appartment I have stayed. I was on my own and recovering from an operation - this was the perfect place to do it as I needed to stay put.The Internet was ok too. Diana who managed to arrival and departure was an absolute 'Angel' who went well beyond what she was required to do!
Review 5：The car parking and accessibility to the appartment was poor. The building overlooks a very busy road and there are no pavements. The car parking space is about 150 metres along the road and although it is for use of the appartment it can be (and was) used by anyone. As there is very limited additional parking we did not feel happy about taking the car out . The nearest shops etc are about 1 km away and as there is no pavement we did not feel safe walking on the roadside for that distance. Both of these things were extremely limiting for us as we had planned to tour around the area by car so we decided to leave early and stayed for only 2 days although we had booked for 7.
Review 6：The inside of the appartment was very nice, everything was clean and new and there was everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. There were a lot of steps up to the appartment but once there the view was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful but we decided to move to a more suitable location as this one did not meet our needs.
Review 7：I did not notice that there is a road directly underneath the window, this is the case for the many locations around Como, but overall this does spoil the experience a bit. It's still great value for money anyway...

Review 9：Be aware that there is a main road in front of the house as nearly everywhere in Lake Como. You should not be disturbed by traffic-noise...

Review 11：Parking place was a little far to walk to the appartment and the walk was on a fast road without a pavement. This didn't bother us but we had to be extra careful when going to and from our car. The only other critical point was that the shower cubicle was extremely small (50x50 cm), tight for a large built person.
Review 12：Staff were very friendly and very helpful, came to the car park to meet us and help us carry our bags 200 meters upstairs to the appartment, appartment was newly equipped with furniture and utensils. Very comfortable stay with a great view of the lake and mountains.
Review 13：Splendid apartment: ideal spaces, well maintained and beautifully furnished. Lake view terrace priceless. WiFi and running fast. The other advantage Was that with every outing on foot, You Had plenty of exercise walking back up the hill! Such a shame to be stayed only one night.
Review 14：Stunning location, well equipped for self catering, apart from no kettle. We boiled a pan of water to have tea. Apartment gets the sun late afternoon and it is baking hot! WI-FI works great! Restaurants available within a few minutes by car.
