Review 1：-As we have 4-months child, we asked for a crib (in advance), but in the room we found just quite old single bed -There is a restaurant with terrace on the ground flour and in the evening it is very noisy, that's why it was impossible to sleep with open window -There is serpentine road that leads to the hotel, so it was difficult to reach it for inexperienced driver

Review 4：anna, the kind and polite lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. thanks again. hotel is in a place over the hillside of mount san zeno. a bit far from lake garda and center but it's worth the distance. hotel was perfectly clean and comfertanle. breakfast was well enough for a morning start. wifi was good as well.

Review 5：i have no actual negative comments just be careful if you are travelling to Garda without a car...the hotel isn't central but located in a quiet little hamlet on top of a hill, which was a plus for us but might be inconvenient to anyone using public transport.

Review 6：this was our second time here. loved it last year and also this year. The owners are so nice and helpful. Room was clean and it also had extra pillows. Breakfast was good. Will book here again if travelling to Garda or thereabouts again!

Review 9：We didn't have a car and the buses don't run frequently to San Zeno. We had to take two buses to get there and when we got off to transfer to the 2nd bus at 4 pm, we found that the next bus would not arrive for at least 3 hours to we had to take a taxi. We were leaving on Sunday and the buses don't run at all on that day of the week.

Review 10：Anna the owner was very helpful, spoke English. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, but it was plentiful. The rooms were clean, it was quiet. The price was good.

Review 23：Anne is a wonderful innkeeper -very friendly and full of information about the people and history of San Zeno. Rooms were spotless and roomy. Definitely deserves to be more than a two star hotel. Good breakfast offerings. Very good value for the money. Definitely would stay there again.

Review 25：quiet neighbourhood in busy garda. Hotel owner is nice and friendly. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good breakfast, esp if you have children. Note to travellers: a bit far from the touristic part of Lake Garda...car is recommended. Would definitely stay there again!!

Review 26：המיקום מעל האגם היה טוב, נוף משגע כשיוצאים מהמלון ואוויר מעולה גם בעונות החמות יותר, החדר היה דיי קטן אבל נקי מאד ואוויר הרים נעים נושב דרך החלון ומבטל כל צורך במיזוג אוויר, היחס של מנהלת המלון אנה היה חם ואוהב, דאגה לנו מרגע שנכנסנו למלון ו הייתה תחושה שגם אחרי שעזבנו ופינקה בהנחות ובכרטיס חינם לכל מיני אטרקצויות. אין חיי לילה בעירה אבל במרחק נסיעה של כ15-20 דקות ישנן עיירות תוססות. ארוחת בוקר פשוטה אבל מניסיוננו במלונות אחרים באיטליה ארוחת הבוקר לא נופלת מאחרים ואף טובה יותר מחלק מהמלונות. לסיכום - מומלץ בחום !!! אנחנו נהנינו אין סיבה שאחרים לא. the location of the hotel in the mountains abobe garda lake is good, even that the hotel dont have Air Conditioning is not bothering, the hotel manager, anna was so warm and she make sure we will see all the good places in the area she's also give us disscounts and free tickets for serval attractions in the area, the brekfast was simple but from our expirience in italy it was even better from other hotels ! it worth the money - go and enjoy !
