Review 1：The only thing we didn't like was the set times for each meal. If you missed breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30am you had to wait until 12:30 to eat lunch. They had very little snacks set out between meals but did have a few cookies and coffee available.

Review 2：This was 100% worth the money to stay here. Great location with even better staff. The staff remembered us by name and everyone was always smiling and so pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food. There was a huge selection and something for everyone to eat! Very relaxing staying here room was perfect for us and was nice to have the air conditioning available when we came back. Great access to the beach as you are right on it and the beach was very clean with ample chairs to use.

Review 3：Be prepared for 220 VAC 50 HZ Voltage ONLY. They do provide a hair dryer and Iron if you want.

Review 4：This resort is an older resort. It was very clean and with an Ocean view room was great. Don't expect a fancy room. With that said who wants to stay in their room? If you do pay double for the "Other" (Hint: Sand...) resort where I visited and went "Seems like a nice hotel in the City" and not much of a beach. I liked the fact the St Lucian had a LARGE beach that was clean and right at the Resort. AGAIN! My wife and I thought it was great for the price.

Review 5：Nothing! Just remember to be prepared and make dinner reservations in advance as the two restaurants get fully booked quickly! You can always have the Buffett ofcourse, but the oriental restaurant is meant to be very good and we sadly missed out on the opportunity to try it as we were too late!

Review 7：There are daily cruise ships using the same beach area when there are not enough chairs for hotel guests who also have to pay if they want a shaded chair. Hotel is very far from airport and taxis required add to the cost.

Review 8：Staff is very helpful. It is all inclusive. The Chinese restaurant is really Thai which I found was outstanding in ambience and cuisine.

Review 9：Only one open bar in the whole Hotel for all-inclusive guests... means hours waiting till you get a drink. Not that variety on food. almost everyday the same. Only the restaurant service personal was friendly. From the reception staff had nothing from nice or ready to help. I wouldnt recommend it..

Review 11：Resort allows local vendors to sell on beach to guests and they are relentless. Resort allows cruise ship guests use beach making it overcrowded. Good had little variety. Bar options were terrible. Red or white wine were the only two choices for wine. Bartenders told guests they prefer to only make drinks on their menu which were few in number. Internet wifi barely worked. This resort is not managed proper. Not only will never return but will tell all friends to not visit this resort chain anywhere.

Review 36：Insufficient sun loungers meant risking losing out or doing the dawn towel run. Loungers saggy. Beach taken over by independent lounger/sunshade traders on days when cruise ships are in. Hotel does not provide sunshades for beach. On other end of island from main airport so taxis very expensive and no hotel shuttle provided.

Food good, especially the ocassional roasts and BBQ though other food sometimes rather oily for our taste and breakfast fruit juices rather poor.

Staff also did not read the booking request of vegan meals and then phoned to ask where it was and what it meant at 7.45 am! Staff also seemed, on the whole, quite disillusioned with the company. We also used the Royal spa but were kept waiting for over 1/2 hour with no excuses and the staff arguing within our hearing. Not a professional feeling to the whole hotel chain experience. Will try to avoid in the future.

Review 44：The access to the beach is almost impossible for the physically challenged, with steps which are very high and no ramp or other way of getting to the beach. The bathroom flooded each time a shower was taken. Leak at side of bathtub which was reported but not addressed. I learned to put my used beach towel against the side of the bathtub so that I would not be faced with a bathroom flooding which threatened to go across to the other side of the door and into the bedroom. The toiletries were inadequate but this was alright as I had brought my own.

In spite of my negative comments on the other side, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a limited budget and is looking for sand and sea and pleasant staff. We got flooded out and gave us a room with curtains hanging off the window, and the plastic box tv had a crack in it. However we then got a much better room after not accepting the previous one, which we should have been offered first.

Review 50：Our hotel room did not have wifi, even though it was advertised. Theshower flooded and no one came to look at it or help clean up. Duringthe day the hotel did not have water. If you miss breakfast, you have togo off the resort for food. The serving staff were not thataccomodating. Only one restaurant was open, the other was closed forrenos. You have to wait til store opens to buy water, there is no otherplace to buy it.
