Review 1：The air con didn't work. It was blowing out hot air. The reception told us they would reduce the temp, but they didn't. We were finally told air con goes off 1st Sept because Italians think it's cold. We had to sleep with the doors open.The glasses were filthy and not cleaned. The whirlpool bath didn't work. We reported it, but no-one came to fix it. After airing the problems we received no apology. This is an expensive hotel and rated a 5 star. It's not. We certainly didn't receive value for money. I also enquired whether they hosted weddings. We were told yes, but if you got married in June, July or August you and your guests had to stay in your rooms as the other guests didn't like the presence of other 'parties'!

Review 2：The size of the suite was brilliant. Also the balcony. Lovely views. The waiters in the restaurant were exceptional.

Review 3：The private sea beach was just over the canal, and the pool was just outside the patio door. Breakfast was perfect with good coffee, and good variety of fruits, pastry, and yogurt

Review 7：Nothing, everything was great. We had a car and easily could reach the city, however without the car it could be felt quite isolated.

Review 8：Great hotel, great location, new, high quality, real 5 star standard, beach is in front of the hotel and hotel golf cars drivers bring you to and from the beach easily whenever you want. Big private beach, clean sea. We enjoyed every moment in this hotel and prolonged our stay there for extra days.
