Review 1：Sunday staff were minimal and not helpful. It seemed no one available after the local wedding party which inconvenienced the other guests

Review 5：Breakfast was great, fantastic choices but our favourite was the sweet potato pie, which unfortunately was cooked just once a week. Great selection of cocktails on offer. We even had dinner at the restaurant on one occasion. Location to beach and shops was perfect, the room was spotless, spacious and kept exceptionally clean by the staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful even to the point where one member was going to make sure I had peppermint tea the next day as it had run out. Access to the beach, spa and waterpark was a stone throw away. Superb choice and I would definitely go again.

Review 6：Location right on Reduit beach - st lucia isn't as beachy as some other parts of the Caribbean so it was great to be able to walk from our room into sand in seconds. Reduit beach is beautiful. The staff were very professional and friendly and couldn't do enough. I'm not normally a resort type traveller but we would definitely consider going back

Review 7：Our only complaint was the bed. The mattress was worn out and needs to be replaced, but honestly we were out and going and doing, so it was more of an observation than a complaint.

Review 8：The staff was excellent, the hotel is on the best part of Reduit Beach, the ocean front room had a perfect view. The housekeeper was polite and kept our room in immaculate condition. The A/C and WI-FI both worked as well as at home. The on-site restaurant food is not excellent but certainly better than expected, though a little pricey.

Review 9：We weren't all inclusive and we generally went out for lunch, and had our own breakfast and dinner in the room. This was because the restaurant was quite grubby, service (apart from breakfast) not very friendly or efficient for ad hoc meals. Breakfast everyone was great but the price for any food was extortionate, especially compared to the quality of the food. Also one barman in particular was extremely cocky and rude. On the whole though this place is fantastic - especially ocean view room. The reception staff, security staff and cleaners were the friendliest and best I've ever seen.

Review 10：We loved the extremely well stocked kitchen in the huge living room - every utensil you could need with a huge fridge freezer. We could cook and freeze portions for our baby and make supper for ourselves in the evening. Just perfect view from ocean suite and if you have a young baby with 630 bedtime it means you can sit on the balcony and have a wonderful evening! The staff in the whole were fantastic - they couldn't do enough to help us and the cleaning was of a fantastic standard too - great piece of mind with a baby.

Review 11：Kitchen cooker was useless which made the self catering aspect somewhat pointless. Mostly we were disappointed with Rodney bay. We'd heard it was the st Lucian equivalent to St Lawrence Gap in Barbados but I don't think it compares

Review 12：Our room was very nice - beach facing with kitchen. The view from the balcony was lovely and the room was spacious with nice furniture. The kitchen would have been fine but the cooker was frankly useless. The beach is pleasant though the loungers need upgrading. We ate at the bar once and the food was ok. All in all the hotel is pleasant but I can't rave about it like some others have. The staff are good Thomas others have said and that was heartening.

Review 13：The internet was horrible. I had a bit of business to do and had to leave the hotel in order to find a reliable connection. Stairs only no elevator. If you have mobility issues ask for a lower room.

Review 14：Beaches and Pool were beautiful. Restaurant had great food. Staff was great!! Rooms were large and very clean. All amenities were available. From room 510-512 you get a great view of the pool and the ocean with a great sunset view.

Review 57：There has been a major discrepancy in my bill from what was promised bybooking.com. The resort mentioned that there would be a slightadjustment for one of the nights, but said that it would be comparablewith the rate promised by booking.com. The problem is that at no pointwould staff clearly present me with what my total charges would be. Uponreceiving my Visa bill, I have two different sets of charges from BayGardens Beach resort, and the price promised for 3 nights was $384 us.18% was supposed to be charged for 8% tax and 10% service charge. Thisshould have brought the total charge to $453.12 us. My Visa Bill is inCanadian Dollars and therefore at an exchange rate of approximately$1.04 us the total charges should be approximately $471.25 Canadian. Yetthe charges on my Visa bill are $490.85 and $102.12 for a total of$592.97, which is more than a $120 dollars more than the priced promisedfor 3 nights. This is a serious discrepancy that I am now left with theheadache of looking into. I ask repeatedly from staff to see a billshowing the total charges from staff, but the best they would do is pullout a calculator and say the charge would be somewhere around $470dollars (which seemed close enough). Now that I have received my Visabill I feel that I have been scammed!

My mother isin a wheelchair (cannot walk).. Easy access to our suit from the groundfloor. Access to transportation was easy and convenient.

Thisplace is fantastic value for money, and I would highly recommend it.
