Just outside the town of Maglie, La Torre is a traditional Puglia farmhouse surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It offers rustic apartments, each with a working fireplace and countryside views.
Apartments feature wood floors and wood-beamed ceilings. They are all air conditioned and come with a kitchenette, washing machine and private bathroom.
Outdoors, there is a large garden with BBQ and picnic area. Guests have free parking and free bike rental. Homemade produce is available to buy.

Review 1：no complains at all as we where full aware of the location
Review 2：Very friendly owners, absolut calm location in the middle of the Salento. Maglie and other towns nearby for some restaurants or pasticiottos. Just what we where looking for, so all was perfect.
Review 3：It's not a minus of this property but somenthing you should be aware of: no public transport is available close to this property, so be sure to travel by car or at least to rent one.
Review 4：We had a very warm welcome from the property owners, a nice local couple. They were really kind in helping us finding our way to the property. The stay was really pleasant, location is quiet within the nature, we had breakfast everyday in our little garden, it was perfect to relax a little bit from our daily routine. Property position is strategic to visit many places in Salento: it's more or less 1/2 hour by car to Otranto, Gallipoli or Lecce. Perfect if you'd like to explore the area a little bit. We would definitely recommend it and, if we're given the chance, book that again.
Review 5：Place is rather isolated. Our expectation on avaliabilty of bicycles was too optimistic.

Review 7：Nothing really. We bought citronella candles and green dragons (spirals), which pretty much saw off the only real nuisance - mosquitos.
Review 8：We spent four nights at this quiet, charming Masseria. Although it's easy to get to with a car (near the main road from Lecce) and it doesn't take long to get into the nearest town, it feels quite remote. The accommodation was a standalone circular property with a patio, which had been furnished and decorated simply but tastefully. We cooked a little bit and the facilities were fine for basic meals. The owners are helpful and friendly - and they speak decent English. The Masseria produces various different produce, including good olive oil, pasta and vegetables.
Review 9：We liked everything! Specifically we really enjoyed the quiet location, the owners where great, they treated us really as house guests. And the kids had a blast running around the gardens (we stayed at an Trullo called Mirto). Location in our point of view is very good, strategically speaking, since you have 30-45 min to drive to any point in Salento. Which is very convenient since depending from where the wind is blowing you can choose either the Adritiatic or Jonic coast.

Review 12：Extremely nice staff; the owner - Francesco - always made sure that everything was optimal for us. Very convenient to have a well equipped kitchenette in the little house and (free) access to a washing machine when traveling with kids. The masseria is located outside Maglie and is geographically well located to visit Salento, the Southern part of Puglia. We can highly recommend it.
