Review 1：we couldn't contact the B & B to find out how to get there. Strangers used their cell phones to make many calls that were not answered. It was Sunday and there were no taxis so we (thank goodness) found the street addresss on the schedule for the bus. There was no one there to welcome us. We only heard a voice on the intercom telling us where our room was. No instructions on a cold night on how to get heat into the room. Breakfast was only cold food.

Review 4：The rooms are large, great beds and pillows. A great morning breakfast with eggs made to order. The entire staff went out of their way to do everything and anything to help you enjoy your stay.

Review 20：The owner exceeded expectations. When we arrived he made us fresh coffee with homemade baking by his wife Irina. Breakfast was the best breakfast we had anywhere in Italy. Everything was fresh and homemade! He also drove us to the port for our cruise, complimentary.
Review 21：Stayed one night to catch cruise. Rooms recently updated. Adequate foran overnight but not for long stay. Staff very helpful and drove us tothe port to catch cruise free of charge. Number of stores in the area tobrowse or have a meal. Breakfast was included. Port a 15 minute walkFrom hotel. Typical Euro hotel. Small, sparse but clean for the value.

Given our last minute booking, they even picked us up from the train station and dropped us off the port to catch our cruise ship at no added cost. - They provided us with a very good and healthy breakfast. I would highly recommend Bel Sole to my friends and relatives!
Review 23：Bel sole its so good because help me before i go to church when my wedding day. Bel sole price its value of money but place its clean and tidy. Its near to caffe,pizza place,market,farmasi,church, To go harbour we can do with bus line D. During my family stay we have a wonderfull day.

Review 26：No tea and coffee in the room (not major problem considering the cost). I will mark Civitavechia as recommended but this would only be as a base to either get to the cruise port, or it would be a value for money base to visit Rome. Rail fares are reasonable and service good (unlike the UK!!)
Review 27：Owner very friendly and room was very clean and appeared recently refurbished. Owner gave me a lift to the cruise ship (which is why I stayed in Civitavechia). Room plain and simple no frills, good value. I only stayed one night so I was we'll placed to catch the ship the following day. This worked out well. I was given key to outer door so I could have stayed out as late as I wanted. TV in the room (not that I could understand it as I don't speak Italian). Wifi in the hotel works ok, shame the Internet speed is slow but can't blame that on the hotel.
