Review 1：A 3 bedroom apartment had 1 bathroom and the 1 toilet was in the same room. The noise of people walking past the windows loud. No internet to speek of not able to down load Kitchen not well stocked Toiletries poor quality and not very much for 4 people The shower is small and water pressure not at all good.

Review 3：The three bedroom apartment had only one bathroom. No laundry in the apartment. The money for one night was a bit high without the additional bathroom and laundry.

Review 4：The room was very clean and tidy. The room was comfortable except that three bedroom apartment has just one bathroom. There was no laundry in the room which was inconvinient as well.

Review 6：Disappointed with the pool, as it had green fungi on the bottom, it was cleaned the next day and was told it would be fine to swim in but as a pool owner we know that the pool water has to be checked and that can take a few days. Our children were desperate to swim but we said they couldn't as we know how sick people can get from swimming in pools that are not crystal clean. The apartment was lovely and clean just the pool we were disappointed in and that was upsetting as we booked the apartment as it had swimming facilities.

Review 7：Room wasn't cleaned well and there were empty beer bottles on the table outside the back door.

Review 8：Location was great. Walk to sovereign hill and gold museum as well as zagames and other food outlets. Good size appt for toddler to run around.

Review 9：If there was a vacuum in the room I would have used it, also a broom. We bought our own food to cook in the kitchen but needed to purchase a grater and could have used a vegetable peeler, tongs and a scourer would have helped with the washing up.

Review 10：Walking distance to where we needed to be. Not far from the shops. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was comfortable and clean with enough towels and blankets.

Review 13：The cooker hood in the room cannot be turn on properly, thus we have no choice but to have our cooking in the multi-function area downstairs, which we have to move all the ingredients from the room. It wasted some of our effort before we can have our dinner~

Review 17：NO STAFF AT ALL. They gave us to towels for 4 people for 2 days. Not to mention 1 roll of toilet paper. I had to go and buy 2 more towels and toilet paper. Also there cooling system was very poor.

Review 27：It was very small. The bedroom window in room 8 was right at the enterance and where The lift was working we were lucky it was not busy. There is nowhere to sit and eat your meal.

Review 39：We had spent the day at Sovereign Hill with our two young grandchildren and were delighted to find our accommodation was just a 2 min drive down the street. Very comfortable townhouse . Easy access and only a 5 min drive to the Bathurst CBD.

Review 40：We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 (boy)and 12 (girl). They gave us a room with 2 double beds. Daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa bed.

Review 45：It was very disappointing to find the place unhygienic. There were several stains over the lounge suite we didn't want to use them. Maintenance in general to the room and facilities in general seems to be neglected. Little things like shower leaks and excessive mould you would expect for what you pay it would be clean and respectable.

Review 47：Radiator heaters situated in 3 rooms of the apartment it was not very child friendly, especially with a one year old! We feel it was not very good value for the price we paid. We couldn't fit our car in the car park and had to walk to the very back room and upstairs with all of our luggage and children, and the staff should not be working with people we found her very abrupt and not at all helpful.

Review 48：Thought it was way overpriced for a monday night in the middle of ballarat for what u actually got , and ours was one of the deals, the pics of the place looked pretty good , but our room was a shoe box things didnt work and there were no veiws, heater took forever to heat up room.

Review 69：We had ordered a port-a-cot. When we arrived we were told they don't have them and that we could be given a hire company phone number for us to try and arrange one. Great when we have just arrived from New Zealand. Luckily our toddler had recently gone into a bed.

Review 75：We got this room as it said it was an apartment, I think a hotel room would be bigger! We have a young baby and the porta cot wouldn't even fit in the room so our baby had to sleep in the pram. Our room was right near the stairs so we heard noises all night, there were no windows with a view in the apartment. If you opened the windows for light, everyone walking up the stairs could see directly in. Our baby was sick so we needed to return earlier (we even had to at tend ballarat hospital with him) but the staff refused to refund our money, we ended up only staying one night. It's not in an ideal location either.

The Air Conditioning in our two bedroom apartment worked a treat (thankfully) and the apartment was fantastic, very modern and comfortable. It was also well placed to enjoy the local attractions with sovereign hill basically kn the doorstep..

Review 87：The numbers were very hard to see at night. We turned up at 11.30pm and was very hard to locate our apartment thanks to my kids sharp eyes we found it! And the rec room was locked at 11am in the morn. My kids and I never got to try out the rec room,but that maybe can be for next time.

Review 89：Internet is free only for one device per booking, $20 a day for all others independently whether one, two or four bed room apartments are booked. Quite far away from the town centre. Apart from Pizza Hut all other lunch facilities were shut.

Review 124：No remote control for the airconditioner. I had to ring twice to get staff to give me code to pick up key for late checkin. Saw no staff at all over the weekend. Plenty of car parking but I didn't like the fact that it wasn't secure. Was in apartment one which was very noisy at night as bedrooms face the roads with lots of windows. I wanted to open the windows in the bedroom at night for fresh air, but it increased the noise from traffic. The metal stairs to come up to the rooms were right under our apartment which meant anyone walking up and down made lots of noise.

Review 138：Temperature of water in bathroom was extremely poor ie freezing cold. Heating down stairs was terrible Rude and disrespectful cleaning staff. There was a high expectation from vistors to do everything (extra charges) whereas the staff had no expectation to work. On arrival our keys were not placed where we were told. There are no keys to the back door. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that is going on in the apartment next door including conversations. Would not recommend to stay. Pictures on website look nothing like the apartments.
