Review 1：Reception staff was rude, did not know what they were doing. I got accused of not paying for my stay, when I said that I had pay I was demanded to go and get a copy of me receipt. The window protection from mosquitos was damaged. The toilet handle was not working properly.

Review 17：- It is not so nice to see that at 10PM all has to stop. (even at Karaoke night) No more fun, bar closes. We were told that this is to prevent "noise" as there are also business travelers staying in the hotel. I could imagine that the business travelers are moved away from the bar area so that, that at least would not be an issue. - We took a room with a full kitchen as I love to cook but it was was poorly equipped and the pans were too well used. Unfortunately, I could only find proper cookware around the corner which is too expensive to buy for just a few weeks stay. - No music at the bar area which is plain silly. Some tv is on but we had to switch to music each and every time. A bar should have music by default, TV on sports without sound and when there is a sports event the music can be turned off and volume of the tv can be turned on. - The shuttle to the resort and beach runs only once an hour at best, IF on time. This is not enough. We seem to recall that the shuttle ran once every 30 minutes in the past.

Review 18：Like 2009, we stayed three weeks in Bay Gardens and had a fantastic time. The staff (all the staff) as always are kind and show a real commitment to help you. The location is great, just around the corner of the shopping mall and the restaurants. The hotel has great pools where you can relax for the day. We recommend the suite with kitchen if you stay a few weeks. (few minor points here though)

Review 24：This time I came for my niece's wedding. I booked a suite online formy parents and requested it to be close to the lobby - my dad walks witha cane. For the first time in 15 years I was so disappointed. We wereplaced in a construction zone. I was appalled, especially because Iwanted to treat my elderly parents. My dad had to take an extremely longwalk from the lobby to his suite - please don't call it a suiteuntil you upgrade the area and it is no longer a construction zone. BayGardens, since I have stayed with you since the Telecoms liberalizationprocess - 1999 onwards (all our conferences were held at your facilityduring formation of ectel), I know you can do far better than that.Although this experience amounts to only 1% of my stay, it was just sountimely, especially for my parents. 1 % is too much.It does not change that Bay Gardens is one of the Best but maintain your standards always!!!!!

If you are interested inexploring the island a bit more, it is best to have your own wheels. Wealso stayed in the Soufriere area in the south for a week and liked itbetter because it was less of a tourist trap, more scenic and offeredmuch better snorkeling options.

Review 65：The Bay gardens Hotel offers good value for money. You can make use ofthe beach at the resort - but not the pool - and there is shuttle thatgoes every hour. It is easy to reach nearby Gros Islet by publictransport for a few ec. Golden Taste and Flavours of the Grill in GrosIslet offered the best local food options. We tried Charthouse in RodneyBay village but thought it was overpriced and not very good. Spinnakers,on the beach, is a nice place to grab some Lunch though. Pigeon Islandis a nice place to explore for a day. We walked there from the Hotel butyou can also get there by paying a few ec more to the bus driver on theway to Gros Islet.

Review 66：Ii booked to stay at bay garden hotel from trinidad via on line howeveron arriving at the hotel I was told that there are renovations beingdone and I will be move to bay garden inn as an upgrade which I know tomyself was not so, being from the caribbean I felt cheated and to top itoff while speaking to persons at the inn I was told it was a down gradeand there was some conference at he hotel so it was used for thepersons.in my opinion an upgrade would have been to the resort since itwas practically empty.
