Review 1：Shower wasn't working on arrival. Fixed the next day. Access and exit from the shower was compromised by the toilet being so close, and quite a big step up and down. Can hear the local traffic passing by.

Review 2：Friendly, genuinely friendly staff. Good breakfast, easy access to the shops etc and not far to walk to beach. Large bedroom. That rarity in the Caribbean, facilities to make your own cup of tea.

Review 3：We didn't like the fact we could not use the towels at the resort. We had to take our towel from the hotel and carry it with us. We walked every day to the resort and find this was a bit pain especially when we wanted to stop for a few drinks on the way back to our hotel walking with 2 wet towels.

Review 4：The staff is so friendly and would do anything to help you out throughout our stay. We also very happy the fact we could use the sister hotel being the beach resort which is where we spent most of days at.

Review 8：The staff at Bay Garden Inn was amazing. Before we arrived we told them it was my parents anniversary, we arrived to a beautifully decorated room with towel animals and flowers that spelt Happy Anniversary...exceptional customer service from check-in to checkout

Review 15：Heaven on earth. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, I was pampered with excellent service and courtesy. The first person I met was Ms Esther and she set the tone for what I should expect. The groundsmen, restaurant workers, housekeeper worked as a team to ensure that I would have to come back to Bay gardens. I was particularly thrilled by the manager's reception lime. Class is class and bay gardens is class. I told some friends and they are ready to be part of the Bay Garden heavenly experience on earth. Ms Esther, see you all son. Trinidad is only 1 hour away.

Review 17：The Inn was more private than the Resort and the hotel. The staff were excellent especially Esther and Janna. They made our stay a memorable one. I also liked the close proximity to Rodney's Bay shopping area. The experience was awesome.

Review 18：Lovely place with great, friendly staff. The room was large, bright and very comfortable. Beach was close enough to walk to for a pre-breakfast swim, but the place is just a third of the cost of the beach front hotels! Great location next to shops, restaurants and the marina, but still very peaceful and quiet. Recommended.

Review 19：I liked the excellent customer service the staff were amazing & as i'm very fussy in terms of cleanliness it ticked the boxes for me & i felt extremely comfortable here, The rooms were mordern & a good standard. The location made it an excellent choice & it was easy for us to enjoy the entire jazz festival. Would definitely recommend & book this hotel again & the pool was a bonus. Happy with my choice.

Review 25：The staff is always helpful and happy, we fell in love with this little place, they always smile and take time To say hello or talk to you, the location is perfect many restaurant 5 min walk, 2 grocery store next to hotel, pool is nice , not deep but it's enough to refresh, they have a beach shuttle every hour to reduit beach, on the nicest spot of the beach! You also have access to the sister hotel next door, where they have 3 pools,I would recommend this place to anyone, we love it so much that we extended our stay!

Review 28：The room had one kingsize bed instead of two beds booked. The situation of the room was very bad and the room smelt no good and wasnt very clean.

Review 53：The bed was truly horrible, soft and old and impossible to improve even by turning the mattress. It must be thrown out. The pool was only 2-3 feet deep. Our friends booked directly with the hotel and were given breakfast but we were told we would have to pay $25 USD each for breakfast!!!
