Review 1：Nothing 'bad' that wasn't already expected. If you want a Hilton then this is not the place to choose.
Review 2：Simple, clean, cheap. If you're looking for, toilet and shower then this is a good option.
Review 3：I didn't feel it was clean, it was t sound proof, I didn't feel safe, the room was ridiculously small

Review 7：Located right next to the highway, so the noise from the street can be annoying for those light-sleepers in the rooms facing the front. Regarding the township of Kariong/Gosford, we didn't really like it at all. Especially the town of Gosford looks pretty "rough"... The local area around this place has very little to offer in terms of entertainment options, but the place is just a few minutes drive from the Gosford shopping centre which is very convenient. Overall, the motel a good pit-stop not too far from local beaches and beautiful natural landscapes.
Review 8：The family managing this place was very nice and welcoming!! Our room had a comfortable bed, it was clean and well kept!! They had a room available with a nice view on the backside of the property, where there is also a well-kept BBQ area and a nice and clean swimming pool.
Review 9：The staff were flexible and friendly. It was clean, basic, they have obviously made an effort to make rooms comfortable and the facilities accessible. For a cheaper motel, you really could not ask for any more. We were really happy with everything.

Required a black permanent marker for the next morning yet it was brought up to me within 15mins of arrival if not sooner.Rooms kept very clean although could maybe just do with a bit of a refresher.. (my door lock worked but was also broken altho used the replacement chain at top ..room on end of balc up top 21 or 23 cant remember). Very comfy bed and facilities fine. Was happy with having a toaster....and microwave...fabulous and these were both used by me. Fab views from my room (request the back of building) ...was overcast when I stayed but on a clear day..would be better but still lovely.
Review 12：Dangerous entrance to the property.The descent to the property was very steep also sign posting to the entrances did not standout enough.

Review 19：The rooms where very old with stains on carpet, Bathrooms where ok but items just didn't look professionally installed The bed felt like a log, and noise from the road was very loud, maybe some better noise insulting windows would be better suited here. The kitchen window didn't have a blind on the window so people at front balcony talking and smoking where looking straight into our main room, Didn't feel very private. The place was clean but didn't feel clean? If that makes sense.
Review 20：Liked the location, friendly staff. and the wifi was Awesome. The family room was very large and the seats where very comfortable. Very spacious for our family of 5. Was easy to get back onto highway and back to Sydney. Rooms where huge, It was a good place to stay for one night.
Review 21：The extreme traffic noise and very noisy children at 6:00 a.m. The bathroom facilities were poor but having pointed out a few problems, they were rectified that day.

Review 23：Location is right at a busy set of lights. Not hard to get into motel, just a bit of a stuff around. Room could also use "do not disturb" signs. We had a late night Saturday night and had the cleaner trying to get in while we were still in bed.

Review 25：Not safe for young children. The rails on top floor were not safe. Large gaps which children could easily fall through. Also the bunk bed rails were extremely loose. The windows were next to bunk bed stairs which a child could easily fall out. The hot waters in the showers took a very long time to come through. The maintenance throughout the motel was very poor. The photos of the motel makes it look very good when in actual fact it is very poor.

Review 28：A note to the staff, clean UNDER the beds and behind furniture! I dropped a piece of jewellery and had to searching for it....got a bit of a shock, when I found dust bunnies and hair elastics under the bed.

Much appreciated after 4 months of European and UK hotels in this price range, which rarely give you any of these things. Didn't use the WiFi so can't comment but was pleased to see it included free. Good parking - we had a large trailer so that was essential. Helpful man on reception who enquired aobut our journey and told us about the Uturn to get back on highway in the morning (unfortunately we missed it and had to continue on via a different route!)
Review 35：No security lock on room, glass sliding door would not lock with the key, and gauze sliding door situated inside the glass door would not catch at all. Bathroom window frame had mildew all around it. Motel dangerously located if you are travelling west from Gosford.
Review 36：Bathroom very small but sufficient. Very difficult to fill jug from basin.We dropped the jug and the drawer handle fell off. Reported it and the owners were grateful for us telling them, usually people don't always report these things...So all good in the end
Review 37：Good and comfortable. Lovely people gave us good instructions for how to bypass Sydney. Gave us local knowledge re meals etc.Pool looked good and the view from it over looking the town and bay was special. Shame we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the pool.

Review 46：I changed my booking with a weeks notice, when i arrived at the hotel they said they hadn't heard about me doing so. So they were trying to charge me for an extra 4 days that i wouldn't be there for. When i told them i wasn't happy with that, they started to get very rude and eventually told me to leave on Christmas day with having a very small chance of getting a room somewhere else. To their credit they did arrange a refund through booking.com. But as it stands i was called lair, asked to pay for more nights then i intended to stay for, and was left wondering the streets praying that there was room somewhere else. All in all i was treated like a 2nd citizen. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Bathroom window was unable to be shut totally, which let in noise & cold night air. "Playground" consists of a rickety swing set & a broken basketball hoop. Room was fairly small, no table, couch, etc. Just enough room for the beds.
Review 69：Only a few minutes from the Freeway, across from a service station/small shopping village with takeaway food, pizza, fruit & vege store & bottle shop. Room was very clean. Nice fresh white linen on the beds & plenty of spare pillows & blankets. Bathroom had been recently renovated. Our room had a view out over the water from the back window. Staff were super friendly & polite. Check in was simple & quick after booking online.
Review 70：The room was not ready when we arrived as it was just being cleaned, I had booked the room 2 weeks before the due date of arrival. The blinds on all windows were absolutely covered with dust and some couldn't be opened as they were broken. The curtains on the windows were also filthy and needed a good wash. the rest of the rooms were ok. otherwise
