Review 1：No bad experiences.

Review 2：Just returned after spending two weeks at this hotel. The staff were very good and welcoming and dealt with all enquiries promptly. There were extra little touches like your bed being turned down at night, and a sweet left on your pillow. The hotel's location is excellent if you love the beach and shops. The hotel is very clean and so are the rooms, with everything you need like good Air Conditioning, TV, big wardrobes, safe, hairdryer. The. Wi-Fi is good too and there is a Internet access in the reception, along with a wealth of information about the local area. We hired a car which the hotel provided parking for, and included a Valet service as the car is parked away from the hotel. The is cost is currently 9 euro a day which is good value, however if you are thinking of hiring a car it is strongly advisable to take up the Valet parking as there is nowhere to park near the hotel, and the hotel informed me that you would need to get the Shuttle Bus to collect your car from the nearest point of parking should you not wish to arrange parking with the hotel. Also a final mention about bike riding which is very popular and boasts some excellent cycling routes with some stunning views of the coastline. Overall this is very good quality 3* hotel and great value for money.

Review 5：We intimated to Bookng.com in their comments section that we would have a car with us (which required a parking space) and would require two road bikes for the duration of our stay. They did not pas this on to our hotel and we ended up having to pay an inflated price for the hire of two road bikes for a week.

Review 7：The decor of the rooms is a bit outdated, bathroom hasn't been refurbished for quite a while. We stayed in a double room but the bed was made of two separate single beds.

Review 8：Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, across the road from the beach and very close to all the restaurants and shops.

Review 10：This time the beach beds and towels were not included (one of the reasons we chose this hotel). We also got a few times the comment that we got the room through booking.com so of course some things were not included. It did give us the feeling of being less welcome.

Review 11：Very good location next to the beach. Nice room with a sea view. And nice to have the option of breakfast only as we like to go out and try different restaurants.

Review 12：we got ripped off and overcharged. it said free carparking, but we were charged 6 euro per day. we were told children pay half prize at dinnerbuffet, but were charged full prize for our 1 year old babies, who hardly ate anything. we were forced to pay the hotel the commission back, which booking.com charged them, in order to change to an room of acceptable standard.
