Review 1：I chose a non sea view room - next time I'll take seaview - much better - my mistake. At around 8 am heard some banging downstairs as staff were opening up cafe. No big deal, not too early - and not too loud, but some room for improvement if one wants to be picky.

Review 2：Friendly staff/owner - easygoing excellent choice for b'fast - excellent coffee and toast with practically anything you could wish for.

Review 3：I could not get a room with sea view even the guesthouse was almost empty. There was TV in the room but was not working. There were no instructions for TV. I paid 20€ each but including breakfast ( 5-8 €) its like 14-15 Euros each. Still for dead season was quite expensive.

Review 4：The room were clean, the sheets were fresh. Eventough it was not in high season and we were the only one guest, we couldn't get a room with sea view. Hot water was so good, very hot. They could use a small carpet in the rooms, it was cold on the floor. Breakfast was amazing, you can get full british breakfast or other meals from their restaurant menu. Internet was good and fast.

Review 5：we booked a room with tv as advertised on the site. but there was no tv in our room. when we asked the owner she said not all rooms with tv..we.asked to change the room and the answer was that she has no other room ready .the a/c you need to put coins to work .we did but the it is set only on cold,remote doesnt work.. definetly wont go again.

Review 39：when we arrived at the guest house we were met at reception by a female, we were not given a name our title, however we guessed at manager by the aloof attitude, we were handed a key and when I asked where the room was we were told 3rd floor, the room was actually on the top floor (79 steps), as a couple who are both over 60 this was a bit ridiculous, we asked if there was anything on a lower floor, but were told no and were not offered any assistance with baggage. It was noticed that there were 3 Dry Powder fire extinguishers gathered together and hidden under the stairs on the 1st floor, these extinguishers were out of date with no operating instructions, no evacuation plans were observed, and there were no automatic smoke detectors, the door between the bar and the guest house as held open and was not a fire door, thus defeating any attempt at compartmentation (this is the only escape route from the guest house, the handrail on the staircase was loose and not in a safe condition.

Lack of a lift: it is not the best to have to make three flights of stairs, among other very narrow, with suitcases ...

Review 71：We had 4 rooms booked which had been booked for about 2 months. When we arrived the receptionist or whatever she was calmly said I only have 3 rooms left. No apologies were made she said ' that's all I can offer' We of course couldn't stay there and we later found out the reason. She greedily sold other remaining rooms for double the amount we had agreed on.

Review 72：I didn`t find the bed comfortable, it seemed a bit worn. I never understood how the TV worked, but I didn`t ask either! Although it is in a quiet town, there was not much sound isolation, so whenever there`s a car or person outside, you will hear it clearly, luckily not a big problem in march.

Review 73：Nice guesthouse in a quiet small town in Gozo. The room had everything I wanted and a small balcony with views of the ocean. Wifi worked good most of the time. The breakfast was a choice of several things served at your table, good to excellent!

Review 115：Very good location in the heart of Marsalforn, near the beach. Bus stop to Mgarr and Victoria is also located only few steps away from the hotel. Room was in good condition and clean. They make good pizzas in the restaurant downstairs.

Review 118：Our room was OK. The bathroom however was rather bad. Fungus in the shower and a very distinct smell all over the bathroom. We had to keep bathroom doors shut and room windows open. What's more Wi-Fi was available only in the restaurant and staircase. I couldn't use it in my room. I was told to open the door to let the "waves go in". Next, there's no lift and the staircase is very narrow - mind that when traveling with children or when you need special assistance. Also, staff had no idea who we were when we arrived and our room was already taken - even though we made a proper a reservation via booking.com - we got another room but this shouldn't happen at all.
