Review 1：Mattress protectors , too thick and noisy when busy.

Review 3：We are early risers and could do with a breakfast starting earlier then 8 am. The mattress of the double bed needs a little upgrade. Everything else was perfect!

Review 15：The location, staff having lack of flexibility. Unexpected family emergency that caused us to leave early. The hotel wanted us to pay for the night we weren't staying plus tax! Considering the given circumstances i thought this was greatly unfair and would expect a refund. The language barrier was difficult to say the least, so Im sad to say we had to pay more than we should have. Please could someone look into getting a refund? Many thanks in advance
