Review 1：- close to the metro station, about 15 minutes ride from the centre. - excelent stuf - we were alowed to use garage free of charge, also on the departure day after check out - value for money
Review 2：The restaurant was very disappointing. Food was prefrozen vegs and some tough meat.. It is a shame because there are not too many restaurants nearby and a good chef would be a big plus.

Review 4：Apparently there was a mix-up with the credit card, just a few hours before I reached the hotel. Instead of calling me, they thought it would be a good idea to cancel my reservation without informing me (calling would be "a cost for the hotel") and they gave my room to someone else. This resulted in me going there tired from my trip, having no room to stay. The solution was for me to stay in a room in another building, completely different than the kind of room I booked, very cold, not particularly clean and without an en-suite bathroom. I moved to another (good) room the next day but I was extremely disappointed with the whole situation.
Review 5：The hotel is near a metro station, but I had few difficulties finding it as few people I asked had heard the name of the hotel and could help me. The outside isn't that good looking and I got shocked at first, but it the inside is good.
Review 6：There was a big and cosy bed, clean bathroom, nice personnel. The room was spacious and clean.
Review 7：Nothing really was bad, but I suggest reducing the smell of cleaning products in the corridor, was quite strong but fortunately cannot be smelled from the room.

Review 37：The breakfast was poor and very low quality. The room was in a separate building, so we needed to wear our warm clothes to reach the reception and the breakfast room (!). The metro is farer than it could seem from the map. The surrounding area is very poor and bad.

Review 41：We traveled with our daughter who is in a wheelchair.The staff were OUTSTANDING ..they were so professional and helpful..The location was perfect for our trip,the breakfast was excellent. The hotel has air conditioning in the bedrooms which is HUGE in Italy.We had underground parking which was very handy.

Nice bar with drinks a bit cheaper than the very high prices in town - the local Maretti beer is great - and lovely free bar snacks. Lovely breakfast - lots of everything. A very enjoyable stay. We will return.
