Review 1：The hotel front desk staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient as we were heading to our cruise ship. Our room had a wonderful terrazzo/balcony overlooking the harbor.

Review 13：The position of the hotel was perfect for boarding our cruise ship. The staff were very helpful and informative on the city and the room was very clean, spacey and we had the extra advantage of a large veranda.

Review 17：Shower extremely small. I had to open the shower doors to wash my feet. Hotel is a fair distance from the train station, although one can walk to the hotel, but the heat certainly didn't help. They advertise some rooms have a sea view , but it looks like only one room might have some view of the sea.

Review 20：The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, the cruise office was just around the corner, no taxi needed, we requested room 401 as it has a balcony, well that's an understatement, it was more of a very large veranda, over looking the port, we sat and had a few drinks in the evening watching the ships leave, it was great the following morning to wake up to a great view of our ship. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Review 33：This hotel is all about location if you are looking for the shuttle to the cruise ship. It is only a few hundred yards away. The hotel was more than adequate,if a little dated. Staff was friendly and helpful breakfast just O.K.but as we were joining the ship for lunch no problem. Price was right.

Review 46：The hotel needs to be renovated. Carpet is dirty. Shower was mouldy. Beds were hard. It's in an unsafe neighbourhood. Graffiti everywhere. Not a good breakfast. Just a poor experience all around.

Review 51：Room was great for my family. Had a queen bed plus 2 singles which kept the rate reasonable. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Super convenient if you are taking a cruise out of the Civitavecchia port. We wheeled our luggage literally across the street where a free shuttle took us to our ship. No cabs involved. Would stay there again.

Review 52：Only a minor thing. The showers were VERY small. I admit to being a large man, so that make it more difficult. Had a hard time washing my feet. Could not bend over without banging the walls of the shower, nor lift my feet to reach with my hands. BUT, I made it work.

Review 53：Got everything we expected from the reviews. We arrived early from the Rome airport so figured we'd have to wait awhile. They got the rooms done in 15 minutes, plus upgraded to a larger room since it was available. All the staff were very friendly. Always appreciated hearing "Caio" "Prego" The management staff went out of their way to help us with transportation from the airport then back into Rome after a 10 day cruise. Breakfast provided enough selection to satisfy. Try them, you shouldn't be disappointed.
