Review 1：The room was cold ,with out carpets , face cloths ,TV set not working and to use the wifi you have to go to the reception with no space for more than four persons and with out heating system .

Review 3：No bathroom downstairs in the reception & restaurant area, of course there is one but not in use (out of order) no floor bedside small rugs & the shower is fixed so at least you could be provided with a face cloth finally no internet in the room it is only provided down in the reception area.

Review 9：Room was unclean; floor felt grainy under feet so had to leave shoes on. Earbuds on mirror vanity not sure if they were used prior. Towels were stained. Room was extremely hot when we arrived. Had to pay for a/c and it struggled to keep up to cool room. Ceiling fan would not stay on a constant speed; was either extremely fast spinning around or almost stopped.

Review 13：The whole place was dirty, the wi fi worked occasionally, the bathroom was extremely small one had to leave the door open to use basin. The floor was never swept the whole time we stayed. The breakfast was poor and the preparation room was in full view and it was not clean at all. It was disgusting. I will not be going back.

There is a great walk from Marsalform bay to Ramla Beach along the coastline following the red markers and in the other direction there was a beautiful sunset over the salt pans. Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Malta! Thanks again Vera, we really appreciated your very kind service.
Review 17：We were really surprised to meet russianspeaking personnel in the hotel. Veera is very helpfull, entisiastic and ready to support us in our discovery of Marsalforn.
Review 18：The parking at night though i must say was quite a pain if you have a car. Im not so sure about this but during the night music plays so if you plan an early nights sleep it might be a bit difficult.
Review 19：What i liked mostly was how the hotel was in the middle of marsalforn making it extremely close to entertainments like bars, restaurants and shops, its literally just a 2 minute walk for a swim!

The fan was very dusty, but after mentioning it to the owner, it was cleaned the next day. Noisy on weekends because it's at the center of the town which might be a good thing if you want to enjoy live music or lively bars...

Review 28：The room was fairly clean, we reqiested a double bedroom but we had twin instead and so it wasnt that comfortable. The tv was tiny and very old. Furniture neefs to be changed. We had to pay an extra 5euros for airvondition cause otherwise its extremely hot. During our stay the electricity of gozo went out, the hotel did not have a generator or anything so we were in a total blackout!!! There were some emergency lights in the corridor but the rooms nothing!!! Eventually even the emergency lights went off so we stayed out hoping that electricity will be back soon since without ac it was too hot and it was a total blackout. This was ridiculous! From around 7 in the evening till 7am there is no reception or any hotel staff, no one. We were told if anything happens we call her and she will come. So it did not feel so safe since even though we had to enter from the back door with our key, anyone could enter the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel since it s not worth the money!!
Review 29：The only staff were the cleaner and the manager, a foreigner who did everything herself, cleaning breakfast area taking care of everything. She was extremely friendly and swt. The location is in marsalforn so it was quite good but we still won't visit again, it not worth it!
Review 30：late checkout was confirmed on my booking, but the hotel refused to honour this. room was extremely dirty on arrival. room was far to small, and could hardly fit the baby cot in. baby cot was broken on one side so my little one could fall out. website stated bar, restaurant and sun terrace available - this was not the case. out of reception hours or if the only staff member left the reception you had to access via a back door that only half opened and therefore did not fit a pushchair. this was extremely dangerous as it opened straight onto a road with oncoming traffic, and I had to leave it on the road unattended while I carried my baby to our room. if you want an passable breakfast I suggest going down early otherwise you are left while stale bread and sweaty cheese. would def not stay there ever again and would not recommend. I have stayed in thousands of hotels, and this would be one of worst!!

Review 99：Firstly, tehre was no balcony, the glass wall was huge but had only a tiny window. It was extremely hot even in september, and the AC was extra 5€ a day. The bathroom was the biggest issue. It is so small you can not turn around in it, the toilet doesn't flush and other appliances are very old. While we asked for a big bed, we got two beds put together. No big deal, if they would stay in place. Sadly they were drifting apart all night. The sheets were ripped in some places, the extra blankets were full of dust and not very pleasant for your nose (smell). Overall it is not worth the money we paid for it (400€ - this is the discounted price). If it were cheaper and marked with 1-2 stars, it would be perfectly understandable. The breakfast is also very basic, only jam and butter, some cheese and ham. No yoghurts, no healthy snacks, no baked goods. One tea flavour only.

Review 101：The staff were very helpful and friendly,they made us feel welcome and not just a number. The room was clean and spacious for our family. The hotel is very near the beach which was what we wanted.
Review 102：Everything. We were ripped. We spent a lot of money for nothing. the room lacked hygiene. Poor and shabby furniture. miserable breakfast. In a few words, will never go there again and will definitely not recommend to friends. I suggest guests ask to view the room before settling payment. Images given online are far from the truth.
Review 103：You hear sounds all night from the street and that makes it difficult to sleep. For AC they ask us to pay extra, and to pay accommodation with card its 2% charge extra!
