Review 1：We loved the area, the pool was great. Very quiet and peaceful. Fantastic hospitality by the staff and the most amazing experience in the Spa. We loved it and we highly recommend it. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. The lake is so beautiful and please visit Polvese island. It is a must see.

Review 3：Great hosts, Donatella and Mauro. Beautiful scenery to Lake Trasimeno. As we were two adult couples, was nice to have own bathrooms.

Review 4：We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage, with both bedrooms having balconies with a view to Lake Trasimeno. The cottage was clean and well-equipped; the seating area was limited to the dining room table and a one-seat foldable futon, making relaxing in the evenings a little challenging. There was outdoor seating and a private barbecue, which we took advantage of nicely. The proprietor is very friendly and helpful. The pool is delightful. The Internet, during our visit, seemed to be in a process of transition and would only provide service at the bar/reception area and not in the individual residences. A grocery is not more than 15 minutes away, making self-catering easy. Assisi and Perugia are less than an hours' drive, and Siena, just slightly more.
