Review 1：Hotel gave us different type of room than we had booked and payed. Itwas half the size of the reserved room. But the worst thing was that theroom didn't have a normal double bed (that we had reserved and payedfor!!), there was only one lowesy sofabed! That was ment for littlekids! My weight is almost 100 kilos, so in the morning I had markings ofbed springs all over my body... And my back was so stif that I couldbarely get out of bed!! I complained about the bed right away wearrived, but they didn't care or do nothing about it. Next morning Iwent again to front desk and they finally changed our room to the kindof what we had reserved. But that room smelled like mold, theairconditioning didn't really work, there was no wifi in the room...Not that good eather...

Review 2：Nice biking road goes very near.

Review 3：Kitchen facility were poor. Lacked basic essentials, eg we had 2 tea cups but were 3 in the apartment . Not suitable for cooking a meal. Nothing for cleaning crockery etc. it was definitly not 4 star.

Review 4：The bed was very comfortable and the airco stayed on while you were out.

Review 5：Attitude of most staff was quite appalling. By no means a 4* hotel. Room spacious but very basic. AC did not work and when asked reception how did it work their answer was simply "badly"! We ended up having to use wet towels to keep ourselves cool! For an Italian hotel no "aperitivo" - we asked where we could enjoy a typical Italian aperitivo and were told either at the restaurant bar or beach bar. The restaurant bar told us it was not possible to serve us and sent us to beach bar where we were served in plastic goblets (ok for the day but not for pre-dinner drinks) and didn't even get a peanut to go with it! Not what we would expect from this type of establishment. Chaotic organisation at reception. Most staff (apart from restaurant) clearly did not care on iota about their customers. Had the impression we were disturbing them when we asked for something. Lots of either "minor" details were very irritating (we didn't realise we had to pay for beach for example - thought it was part of the complex). Right up to the last minute our experience was very disappointing. Were told that parking was free if we put the ticket through a small machine at reception which we did but when we reached the exit we were asked to pay 10€. We returned to hotel and another member of staff told us we needed a code - why couldn't they have told us before?! And we spoke Italian so no excuse that there was a language barrier. Definitely would not recommend. If this hotel wants to develop its international clientele they need to get their act together. We often travel into Italy (living on the French Riviera) for a weekend break and this is the worst experience we have ever had.

Review 7：frogs are croaking during all night in the atrium (for rooms situated to atrium), some rooms in some appartments are situated to public porch, so people passing through public porch can view into your room, rooms was dirty upon arrival, butts on balcony, dirty floor, insufficient staff on the reception (you have to wait), hotel beach is paid approx. 25Eur per day

Review 11：We booked studio (3 months earlier) but did not get it. Instead of seaview, we got overlook dust-bin. Balkon was dirtily, shably, kitchen cabinet empty, bed uncomfortable. "Flat tv" was an out of date computer screen. One room was cold, other warm (AC did not work). AC was operable at reception only, but they did not help us. Overnight three-times switch on lights. Automatic lights !? that was probably extra service :) Early morning was alarm. Staff was rude, uncooperative, we asked for our studio, but they said we got a "better room" ??!!, they laughed at us. In the evening (at 8 hours) they did not check in us, any information, only gave a key. Morning we went away, they made us pay for 2 days, and they are not even said hello.

Review 13：Electronic key didn't work, and they couldn't find a normal key. Had to be let in to our room with a master key every time, which was a bizarre hotel first for us. Also, half of the wine list was not available. And beware additional charge for the beach...

Review 14：Great food and restaurant location.

Review 15："Electrical" problems (in the kitchen, with electric lock, no light from time to time), emergency alarms in room fast each night, air-conditioner controlled only from reception, extremly dirty floor when we arrived. The beach are also not so clean that could be. It is better to come to the beach to Santo Stefano Al Mare.

Review 16：Large room, good localization, nice staff that speaks really several languages (english, german, french, spanish, russian and one man speaks also for example polish).

Review 17：Our apartment was the last at the end of the building and wifi didn't work. We had to go outside to use it. Cleanning service was only third day, some people put rubbish outside doors and nobody took it. Sometimes was unpleasant smell because of dirty water in canal next to hotel. Air condition was global adusted, there was no possibilities to choose your own temperature.

Review 19：Slow staff, breakfast tables either occupied by other guests or by piles of plates and cups from guests that previously had breakfast. I sat at a table and moved the plates from previous guests to one corner. When I asked a waiter to take them away he took half of them an never returned to take away the others. The breakfast buffet is good, but you will have to wait 15 minutes for having a capuccino, which is made at a bar by super slow waiters. The place could be great if managed better. Ombrelloni (sun umbrellas on the beach) are 30 euros (front row, 25 euros other rows) a day and the guy would not even come a open it for you when you pay.

Review 20：Le location is great. The marina is super and the beach is good (for being Ligura, of course do not expect Sardinia beaches). The building and the rooms are nice and clean. Rooms are specious and they have a nice terrace

Review 21：This was an awfull experience. The chief of staff must be a clown. Fawlty Towers - but not in a funny way. Wi-Fi didn´t work at all except in the reception. We couldn´t lock our balconydoor, Three Days later - still not fixed. The manager told us that he could place a guard outside on the balcony(!). He also wanted to take pictures of our values so the hotel could insure them... Please - for your own health - don´t visit this "hotel".

Review 29：The hotel changed our room without even asking us. We had booked a roomthat was in a good location and suited us. We were moved instead to aroom at the back of the hotel. The WiFi did not work anywhere other thanthe lobby. We had booked this hotel specifically because it hadadvertised WiFi in all rooms.

Review 30：We had a studio, so there was no bed, but an actual pullout couch, which is extremely uncomfortable after the second night. The Studio, though it has a kitchenette, was not equipped, didn't even have glasses to drink water or an ashtray for the terrace. The AC only works 1 degree C +/- and in the inner court of the hotel there were a lot of frogs that made a horrible noise during the night (it's not the hotels fault as far as I am concerned).

Review 31：Great staff, really helpful and always smiling. Right on the beach with easy parking and also very easy to reach Monte Carlo and Imperia, if you feel like visiting. Our studio had a large patio to relax during the evening.

Review 74：Cleanliness of the hotel, our terrace was not clean on arrival and the ashtray was full of butts. During our stay we paid for extra cleaning € 50, but the balcony and ashtray them blank. It seems that the amount that amount is not enough to wash 3 dishes in the sink and shower gels loaded in the bathroom. Chairs on the terrace raise too much noise when moving and this violates the comfort morning. Sometimes the smell of sewage from the canal to the hotel. The beach is not suitable for small children.

Review 79：Lots of room in the accomodation. Beachside location was lovely, I was sorry I was only passing through. Cocktail bar was a nice touch although strange you could not get a glass of red wine there. A nice spot.

Review 80：There was no bad in the room, just old sofa that was absolutely impossible to sleep on. So I had to sleep on the floor all the time because stuff could do nothing with that. The wifi was just on reception and was so weak that I could hardly send my working correspondence. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Review 82：Breakfast quite poor for a 4*, the beach was not yet prepared for tourists (well, end of May is not high season). A poor choice for dinner. Some other details: dirty curtains, broken stove knob, lack of tableware, dirty sofa ... All in all it was ok as we payed only 50% :)

Review 83：The location is awesome with a sea view from the bed. Also the room was nice with interior stairs for the bedroom. The terrace is great and so close to the sea.

Review 84：The hotel is remote and there is nothing really within walkingdistance.......you definately need a car to stay here. Also, the hoteladvertises that there is wifi in all rooms, but this was not true forus!!!! The shower was very small and I quickly ran out of hot water.
