Review 1：Very disappointed with the rude behavior from a young man who seemed to be thereceptionist but presenting himself as the owner !First, we booked for 1 night with Booking.com and asked the hotel,months inadvance,to tell me if we should pay for our 2 little Yorkshire terrier toys stay.I got no answer from Hotel Oberhofer and I supposed I shouldn't pay.However,I was asked to pay 30 Euros for the dogs and,when I asked why,since theydidn't confirm it,through Booking.com,the young man (the owner ?) became nervousand threatening,blowing repeatedly with the fist in the reception desk and saying :"If you don't pay, I will call the Police !" I told him that I'll pay,to avoid anyinconvenience, but I'll let Booking.com know about his behavior.He said : "I have nothing to do with Booking.com" (which is untrue,since I booked at himthrough Booking.com), "I don't pay any commission to Booking.com and it's not my businessthat you got no answer to your question about the dogs,through Booking.com" !I use Booking.com for 12 years and I know that he only told me lies !Instead of being rude and telling lies,this receptionist (owner ?!) would rather :mow the lawn (over 50 cm high, in some areas), replace the damaged wooden platformon which the sunbeds are placed,refurbish (lacquer) the plywood of the facade,place a minibar or mini-fridge in every room (as required for a 4-star hotel !) andraise the quality of this hotel services.One of the reasons I booked at this hotel was the advertised Gault-Millau 15/20points of its restaurant. But the offer is mediocre, with too many ingredients fromthe hypermarket. It is possible the restaurant of Hotel Oberhofer to have gotits 15/20 points in 2013, but they surely wouldn't get the same in 2015 !I can send photos with everything I disliked there.My overall conclusion is that,for the people (owner ?

Review 2：Paid Internet access Good but too expensive dinner without any choice - no a'la carte offer There is not comfortable sofa in some 4 persons room - I would reccomend to ask for regular kings bed in both rooms Cold water in swimming pool and not available Finnish sauna

Review 3：We were very satisfied with 2 roomed appartment with comfortable bed in living room and in a bedroom for our children. Rooms are very comfortable, with light and balcony Nice surprice: apples, water and tea for free in SPA area

Review 5：Very nice hotel with beautiful views and interesting layout of rooms. The restaurant serves delicious food, breakfast is also very delicious. Friendly staff. Great place to relax in peace and comfort.

Review 29：We booked 5 rooms and get 4 instead - a few of us had to stay outside the hotel due to personel's mistake. Personell was unfriendly, we came at about 5 pm and there was no way to eat anything in the hotel 'restaurant'. I would not reccomend going there - too many issues, too many problems and for sure it is not 4 star hotel.

Review 31：The rooms are big and everything is ok, but too old; it's time to renew the arrangement, the toilette, the TV (not screen or LED and too small). In the rooms there isn't the minibar or the necessary to make a tee or coffee. So it seems to be in a medium 3 stars hotel, instead of 4 stars (excluding the wellness center), also if the price is for 4 stars.

Review 32：The wellness center is very nice and confortable, also if the presence of a jacuzzi would be appreciated (anyway the pool is fantastic). The restaurant has good, but not exceptional quality. The breakfast is right and various.

Review 33：Everything was excellent, including very pleasant owners and staff, wellness and food as well (also some great bio products). Relax zone is made with idea and is also very pleasant. Loft type of rooms is something special and view from balcony is deeply relaxing. We love this hotel :-)

Is the inverse to apleasant stay, the client have to adapt to the requests and limitationsof the hotel staff.Not Smoking areas allowed and this considering the temperatures of the area except in summer is simply unacceptable. The Menu of the Restaurant have a good quality but the offer and options are a bit poor.

A most unprofessional handling of a situation where staff had not checked that we had 2 bathrobes in the room when we arrived. Find another hotel in the area, then you will probably not be accused of being a thief.
