Review 1：The walls are a bit thin. Depending on what room you're in you can hear the kitchen closing at night. On occasions you do hear the guests next door or above.

Review 2：The hotel itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffe has everything you could ask for. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The service is excellent.

Review 5：No warm welcome at all, we arrived around 11 am , and when we approach the reception desk the guy just said the room wasn't available until 1pm , without giving us an alternative option, so we steped back for a minute waiting for someone to approach us ... Well... It Didn't happened ... So .. We approached another member of staff and asked if there was somewhere we could change as we wanted to ski in the afternoon . So, she showed us a "kids play room " where we could change . The same evening we asked to the reception guy where we could go for dinner, he was clueless , he just said walk down the hill and there are two restaurant one on the right one on the left... Fortunately in the city Center we went for an aperitivo in a local pub, and the guy was supernice and suggested places to go to. Our room wasn't restock with shampoo btc.. So we called the reception asking for some, he said yes I ll send someone but never arrived , so when I went down asking again there was no apology... Generally I was disappointed

Review 6：The location is great , is just in front of the new cablecar, the breakfast was nice , the room lovely with a fantastic shower and jacuzzi "although there was no plug for it, so we didn't use it"

Review 16：Many rooms have been refurbished. They have a very nice design indeed. Front desk told us that all rooms will be refurbished for the next season(meaning probably the winter). Consider a superior room.
