Review 1：There were a whole bus of guests that got from skiing everyday when the pool and wellness opened so it was too crowded to enjoy.

Review 2：The staff was really really nice, dinner was extremely delicious. We got the most perfect room with view of the mountains and sunrise. We also had the honor of observing shooting stars up there.

Review 3：Mountain view (announced in the add) = a view into a mountain. And, the wellness was more like a disco but the sauna was quite pleasant.

Review 14：stunning location , stunning views great staff the location of this hotel leaves you breathless upon arrival we were given a room on the "wrong side" of the hotel which had a view of rocks and not much else we asked if it was possible to move to the other side of the hotel to have the specatular view of the mountains and the lady on reception made this happen which was really nice the food and drink was very good for a decent price free parking didnt get chance to sample the pool and spa but it looked really good would def return

Review 15：The Wi Fi connection was very poor, in practice there was not internet in the room, only in the public areas.

Review 16：The hotel was situated at a very unusual place – in the middle of the mountains! Great views, beautiful small lake, but no any village nearby. Quadruple rooms was big enough, in fact it was on two levels – on the first floor – one double bed and bathroom, on the second – also one double bed. It was a little bit cold in the room, so we have to ask on the reception to turn on the heating, because we did not managed to do this from control panel in the room. The man on the reception was very polite and speak good English.

Review 17：The hotel was situated in a magnificent location at the top of the Valdidentro mountain pass. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

Review 18：As I was staying in #201.Cell was not catching wi-fi signals.Even when I was sitting in lobby or in the bar,there were also less signals.

Review 24：After midnight we tried to set the heating higher at the electronic device on the wall (it was 7 degrees outside at the end of july) but with no result as in the room was 15, a little cold as we all wash our hair so we had to put something thicker on us and especially on the heads. In the morning we find out that we had to ask the receptionist to turn on the heat so it was 50% our fault. The breakfast was a little poor for a 4 star hotel, low fat yoghurt, croissants, machine coffee (not good at all), one kind of salami and one of cheese. I had to ask the waiter to bring some more and he also was a little bit rude. He whistles in the restaurant and didn't help a lady who wants to eat at a different table than the one they got so she came with the receptionist who did it with good diplomacy. Very good for him, a person who understands how to make tourists happy. The hotel it's not in Livigne it's after the customs at aprox. 30 min. away from Livigne but that depends of what you want
