Review 19：The room was noisy, not at all sound proof from inside and outside, you could ear all around you as if there were no door or windows. The room was actually an oldish mini apartment, small television, no bath tub.

Review 20：The location is nice, the transport to/from the ski slopes is well organised and free. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast by Italian standards. Not used pool and spa but saw them and they were excellent.

Review 22：Hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after and you felt that all the staff took a real pride in the place. A beautiful pool and spa area and my wife tells me that the spa treatments themselves were excellent and good value for money. The free shuttle bus to the ski slopes was very useful and the driver, like all the other hotel staff, was always helpful and had a smile on his face.

Review 23：Noisy heating/AC Complicated to enter ski room if you don't use the garage. Many things not working: weak wifi, garage door would not open, elevator working of and on. Breakfast poor, taste less bread,fresh orange juice far to sour. A cappuccino not worth its name. I'm sorry but it does not help with sewing kit and slippers if breakfast is bad and pillow is uncomfortable.

Review 32：Great location, staff very friendly and we had the amazing pool and jacuzzi to ourselves every morning! The rooms were a good size and cleaned everyday by proper housekeepers. The hotel had their own shuttle bus so u didn't have to wait around which is a massive bonus with kids. We called the driver when we had finished skiing and he came straight to pick us up everytime without fail.

Review 33：The location was amazing. Rooms are fancy, but for the winter time it's perfect because it has a stove. You can make your own tea or coffee. The restaurant food was fantastic.
