Review 1：The card to turn on lights didn't work and at 11.30pm it was a little tiring. After 3 attempts I moved rooms.

Review 3：The fact that when i booked, i informed them that i was disabled and needed a car parking space. They have many rooms where there is a allocated car parking space out side the room door, but not for me. I had to park where i could.

Review 6：An outstanding hotel with an outstanding service! The staff speaks good English (I think other languages too - German, perhaps?..). Very good breakfast with different types of food for different tastes. Our host Elena went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Grazie mille! The hotel is an upscale motel-type one storey building, where you park your car right in front of your window, which is very convenient to load and unload your luggage. True 4-star hotel - modern design, great shower, large comfortable bed, etc. A/c is excellent. Wi-fi signal in our room was not very consistent, but was good enough. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the bike path side, not on the road side - although there is a row of trees and bushes, sometimes the traffic gets noisy. My only suggestion is to install inside or outside of the room some kind of drying equipment. Since many guests of the hotel go to the beach, there is no place to dry wet swimwear and beach towels. Other than that everything was perfect! I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable beach vacation in a beautiful place with great food and nice people. The proximity to Monaco and France (Nice) is a plus - lots of things to see at a short travel distance. Sanremo and Genova are worth seeing as well.

Review 12：We loved the fact the cycling lane was right outside our hotel. Parking is a breeze with each room having their parking right outside their rooms. Close to walk to restaurants and a short drive to Sanremo.

We rented bikes and rode up and down the coast on the 25 kilometer, excellent, bike tracks and the little villages around San Stefano have a lot of restaurants to choose from. Review 78：I have never seen such a friendly and polite staff. Andrea, who runs the hotel was so nice and polite that we felt like at home. He gave us excellent reccomendations for the restaurants that we will always remember. He offered also an apero with local products and we had a nice chat. He was so spontaneous ,not with false smile like in a lot of other hotels. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good as well , with fresh fruit. The position was excellent for biking tours . The value for money is excellent.

It is close to the highway, so getting to San Remo or Monte Carlo is easy. Breakfast is basic, but fresh, the cappuchino is great.

We used the bicycles for free to drive around in the village; Piste cyclable just behind the hotel so we went for dinner some place by bicycle.
