Review 4：The hotel is trying to hard to everything at the same time: a wellness hotel, a modern hotel a traditional hotel and a gourmet hotel, a family hotel... well none of these is really well done. The place seems to be a mess of different ideas. Instead of focusing on the excellent location and maybe offering free or discounted skitickets contra trying to make gourmet food, they could focus on a quality buffet with fewer dishes with better ingredients and quality. A simpler and not opverdecorated environment with better functionality and simplicity. Not to mention a personal that at least speaks english or if they don't they at least could tell you that, in stead of of turning around and this appear from your site. We weren't able to adjust the heating to a level warm enough for us in our double room/bathroom. The internet connection is difficult and you have to log on again and again, even when you check "remember me". If you use the internet for serious work purposes, this will irritate you a lot during your stay. The week before we stayed sat this hotel we stayed at the nabo Schutterhof - I would recommend this place with a more relaxed, familiar feeling.
