Review 2：room was great, Irene and Chiara were the best of any hosts we had the pleasure to meet, great location to visit most of Umbria and Tuscany, the best quality breakfast we have ever had in a B&B
Review 3：We had to leave. This was the second time that we have stayed here and would come back again. Irene helped me with my Italian. I am a beginner and she was patient.

The breakfasts were set as in the nicest restaurants in Paris and the dinners with the family were amazing, delicious and fun. Dinners were not included in our room rate, but were free of charge. The whole family of Irene was amazing! Lovely and outgoing people. She and Chiara made our stay unforgettable! The house and the grouds are gorgeous! Real italian villa. Our bathroom was bigger then our room! I mean you couldn't ask for more! All the information about the region, maps were provided. They are the most pleasant people and will make your stay unforgettable!

The breakfast is made personally fromhere with special dishes from region and she give me also a ride to therace circuit that my wife and child could still stay in the hotel.Triple aaa. I will come back for sure.
