Reviews for Alpotel Venezia
Review 1:The hotel owner uses the overbooking system. The guests pay high prize for the room with wi-fi, twin-size bed, balcony but they are said that there are no free rooms and they have to move to the nearest hotel in the twice smaller rooms with thin beds and lower level of service. Being astonished with such situation I have to ask Booking.com customer service specialist’s help. Due to their responsiveness and professionalism, diplomatic and insistence the negotiations with the hotel owner finished on the obligation to allow me supper for each day of staying in the hotel free of charge. On the third day the hotel owner accused me in demanding services that were not fixed in terms of reservation and tried to cancel agreement concerning free evening meals. I have to show printed papers to solve the problem. After all at the last day my room was cleaned up and prepared to other visitors before the check-out. So I was demonstrated bad attitude to guests that tried to defend their right for getting paid-up services. In conclusion I have to pay attention to the following things: the hotel is surrounded by the main road of Molveno which goes closely to the hotel walls, not all rooms have balcony (in description of the hotel there is wrong information), in room booklets you will find out the prizes for services that announced to be free.
Review 2:The only only little problem there, and it's most of the hotels problem, is that the hotels are situated right along the main Street that is quite steep..meaning all the trucks and motorcycles rumbling up are noisy. The hotel's windows had good noise insulation as long as you kept them shut.
Review 3:The place is magical..Molveno lake has so much to offer. The walking hotel is centrally position. You can walk down to the lake in 10 min and you can walk up to the gondola in the same time. Everybody working at the hotel goes miles to satisfy your needs. The room we had (#331) had a beautiful view, comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with a good shower. We originally had only breakfast buffet included in our stay but ended up purchasing dinner also (Eur 15). The food was fantastic. I really appreciated that even the buffet part of the meal changed every day. The dinner was a 4 course deal and we could pick from 4 different secondi. Always delicious. We stayed 5 nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
Review 4:Wifi did not always work.

Everything was so cute and romantic! Can't wait to go again! The hotel was clean and the stuff was so nice and helpful.
