Review 1：The beds (pull out couch ank King size in bedroom) were not comfprtable. Pull out was so worn my son had to sleep on couch cushions other top of mattress. The bed itself was rock hard with thin hard pillows. The walk from the hotel to train station was hefty and not a pleasant one (due to the trash bins over flowing and cars parked on sidewalks) made it not too safe especially with a child.

Review 2：The staff were amazing. The one bedroom was perfect for having alone time with the husband without our child 2 feet away in another bed as in other hotels.

Review 5：Hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the Cruise Ship. The driver delivered us at the wrong ship, not realizing his mistake we tipped him 10 Euros and he rapidly disappeared. Once we realized his mistake we were forced to engage another driver to whom we paid 20 Euros. to take us to the proper ship which was a significant distance from where we had been duped.

Review 21：We had a 2 bedrooms apartment and it was very spacious. It came with one Queen bed, 2 single beds and one queen size soft bed. It was plenty enough for our family of 4. They also has a very good breakfast.

There was a off licence nearby which also sold coffee so I did get a drink eventually after a very long journey. Breakfast was poor. There was cooked but it was too dried up to eat it. Not much choice of continental. But served a lovely coffee and tea.

Review 90：It was very run down. The shower door was off the hinges and it was tiny so you had to squeeze to get in. Everything just felt old (wallpaper). The pull out couch and the cot were so lumpy and we're not flat, they were actually sloping up. The electrical was different than the other places we had stayed in Rome so the converter did not work. They should keep one in the room, we couldn't even find one to purchase in town.

Review 95：We stayed in the family apartment which was extremely clean and comfortable. We only stayed the one night prior to our cruise but would have been happy to have stayed longer. Perfect location for a pre-cruise stay and would not hesitate to use again. We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel which was really good value and would highly recommend. We also had a free shuttle service to the ship the following day. Transfers were very easy and seamless. Staff were really lovely and extremely helpful.

Review 96：Rented a apartment. I wanted to be able to cook food and wash clothes inthe apartment. There was nothing to cook or eat with. The dishes thatwere there were dirty. The washer door handle was broken and inside thewasher was filled with dirty moldy water. It was evident the washerbroke and they didn't bother to fix it. The room was still bookedeven though my intentions for our stay were clear to them via many e-mails and phone conversations. We were so disappointed that we cancelledour 3 night upon the return from our cruise.
