Review 1：The bedroom was very small but as we were only there for one night it wasn't a problem.

Review 2：A great position, very good breakfast including plenty of gluten-free options on request and contrary to other reviewers, very friendly helpful service.

The night desk clerck failed to return my passport upon my check out, I noticed it upon check in at the airport, but too late to return to the hotel. Result= a lot of hassle to get my passport back

Review 11：The recepcionists were quite rude! The lady was definintly not helpful and the man was really ill-mannered. It's a "4" star hotel but don't expect them to provide information about their establishment and even less a map or any information about the surroundings. Make sure you're quite flexible if you leave the car in their parking lot. They'll close the gate and won't reopen it . You'll have to crawl down the gate to get out with all your luggage! And all this for the "modest sum" of 15 euros per day! I don't understand that they receive so many bad reviews concerning the front desk and they don't do anything about it!

Review 12：The view was really nice and the breakfast was correct. The cleaning staff gives you a warm welcome!

Review 15：This is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel has no beach facilities, you have to pay privately €25 per sunbed !!! Small shabby unwelcoming rooms. Overpriced.

Review 16：Room is very small... I don't know how can a couple accommodate there for more than 1 night.... Shower is fixed and the cabin is extremely slow. Wifi is poor. Minibar has only water, no alcoholic beverages.

Review 20：1) No Iron or Ironing board provided 2) Light in bathroom is too low, 3) Parking is not straightforward - have to inform 20 mins before to take out the car, 4) Internet needs code and you may need code 2-3 times during the day as once you log out then need code again from reception 5) When you call and don't speak Italian they will ask you to send an email but they will never reply to emails (I sent emails 3 times and no one responded)

Review 22：Unfriendly, unhelpful reception. No concierge or help with luggage. Wallpaper coming off the wall, "fixed" with sticky tape. Stained carpets and the room smelling of smoke. Breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the guests, people had to share tables. Most definitely not 4* accommodation, or experience.

Review 26：Staff is not caring at all, not willing to help. It feels like they are giving you a favour talking to you and if they do they say things reluctantly. Breakfast is messy, people that run it seem not knowing what they are doing or have any clue of what’s going on. I would definitely not recommended it.

Review 28：I don't like how they took our passports and wanted to keep them until we checked out. We payed on arrival and asked for our passports and it seemed like a big task for the receptionist which only took 2 minutes. We did have to wait 30 minute's for her to remember that we where waiting for our room key as well.

Review 29：To begin a big stair to get you and your luggage to the entrance (no one was willing to help) no warm welcome at all, just another 'troublesome' guest. When you ask questions you just feel troublesome to the receptionist. The room was very old, wallpaper was peeling of the wall, door to very small balcony couldn't be opened, air-conditioning wasn't working, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, only 2 small bottle of water in the minibar, wifi terribly slow, small old style television. Breakfast: No coffee or tea (you have to ask for that, no one will come to you if you like a cup of coffee/tea...), dirty plates, no fresh juice. All in all this is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel, could be a 3-star hotel but I experienced it as a 2-star hotel.

Review 30：Positioned at the beach and close to a shopping area were the only 2 pros of this hotel.

There were only 2 half liter bottles of water in the minibar and I was told that I wanted something more I would have had to order it from the lounge bar or buy it from the vending machines along the corridors of the Hotel. Service cost in the room is 10 euro and there is no menu.2. the wallpaper was falling off the walls and the single room where I stayed the first night had an old Cathodic Tube Tv and the curtain in the bathroom was broken and was tied down with a string. The second night I stayed in a double room where the TV was better but the minibar had only 2 bottles of water also (half a liter each) and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was out of order therefore causing stains of humidity to form on the ceiling. 3. There is no coffee at the buffet, it's upon request although its included in the price. The breakfast was cold and meager and some where "fighting" over some little croassaints. There were two types of juice and neither were fresh. 4. THERE WAS NO PORTER and none offered to help out with the luggage upon arrival. Also upon arrival, it was pouring rain and the automatic door was closed so I had to ring a bell so that the receptionist could come and let me in (it was around 21:00 hours). 5. Wi-fi reception in the single room was almost non-existent. wi-fi in the double room was much better and throughout the hotel. 6. THIS IS NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL, IT COULD BE CONSIDERED A 3 STARS AT BEST...DEFINITELY A 2 STARS FOR THE CONDITION OF THE ROOMS I WAS GIVEN.

Review 33：Private parking offerred by hotel is in a very narrow backyard of the hotel, charge 15,00EUR. When you want to leave your car there, you have to give the hotel you car keys, so that they can drive it, once other cars want to go out. No entrance for guests with heavy luggage - you have to hoist in on a very high stairs.

Review 34：Location and the view from the window were just priceless! :) I luckily found a free of charge parking space just by the hotel. Very quiet hotel, even though a main street is just out of the window. Beautiful see view from the breakfast room.

Review 35：The room I had was a single, OK I got a single sized room, but the condition was not the best. More specifically the wallpaper was peeling all over. Don't think it warranted it's stars. I didn't complain, as only had one night there and not much time to spare.

Breakfast pretty basic and if you come down towards the end of serving, the staff all ignore you and make no effort to get you seated or replace anything! Bed very uncomfortable. No booklet in room with information about checking out time etc. Sun beds at peak season all get booked, they charge €26 per day for sunbeds and umbrella, €15 per day for them to park your car.

There was an extremely unfriendly staff, that neglected to see, that we had booked a parking place and forced us to look for another parking place in the street. Old hotel, absence of a safe in all rooms, absence of balcony, no place to dry our swimm suits and beach towels. Very, poor terrible breakfast, we could no order anything extra (е.g. fried eggs, omelette). Disgusting coffee. We do not recommend going to this hotel.
