Review 1：First of all, this hotel is not for a young couples! I believe it'sok for seniors if they sleep well, have strong stomach and don’t need awi-fi. We asked for a quiet room 2 months prior to check-in. First roomthey gave us was near the elevator (bed was like 2 meters from the lift)so we changed it immediately, but second room was near the stairs. Bedvibrated since early morning each time someone teared downstairs.Furthermore, rooms don't even have a basic soundproof. You can hearhow people go to the toilet, what they do there and for how long.Literally. You also can hear every word from the next rooms like youdon't have any walls. As a result, we changed 4 rooms hoping thereis one where we don't have to listen for toilet flushes around.Outrageously, hotel's owners don't even know which rooms aremore silent than others. After all, we got a room on a top floor andbought earplugs which helped us a bit to survive in this hotel. Pleasebe awared, the hotel is situated near the Gatteo a Mare entertainmentscene so the only time window to sleep is from midnight till 5-6 am whenseniors wake up and start to bawl and squall like they never meet eachother before. Now food. The food had too much oil so we had to dry itwith napkins. Menu consist of a thousand sorts of pasta and served witha spoon of sauce on the top of it. You can even get a cheap instantsoup. As for desert you can only choose between some sweets orwatermelon or melon. So if you love fruits it's a problem. Now, wi-fi. The signal is ok but internet disconnects each couple of minutes soyou have to re-login again and again, and again. Sometimes it justdoesn't work for hours. Air-conditioning works only till 3:00 am.They shut it off till 11:00 am so you wake up in a hot room.

Review 2：The staff in the hotel is very warm and responsive. They always ready tohelp you or fix the problem which is nice.

Review 3：Even if there were some minors we do not remember them due to exceptional overall service :)

Review 4：Best service ever experienced. Staff is amazingly friendly. Even sometimes their can forgot something (like to give you a bracelet. NOT for purpose of course!) that's nothing - they are Italians :) In total they provide very excellent service for their guests. Bellissimo! Special thanks to Ricardo, Nina and Kristina! ;-)
