Review 1：There was an older lady only on reception when we arrived who did not know we were coming, could only speak Italian, and didn't make efforts to try and communicate slower or easier. The mechanical shutters on the french doors to the balcony was stuck halfway so we couldn't get out and there was a group of young girls sharing a couple of rooms that were making a massive amount of noise late at night -in both cases the old lady had disappeared and there was no-one available on reception to either keep order or complain to - we had to bang on the walls to make known our displeasure. Not the hotels fault, but the parking area nearby was a teenage hangout for mopeds and loud noise up to midnight - this was a cold December night, goodness knows what its like in summer!

Review 3：Wonderful location with a wonderful view! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are absolutely nice. We went to the restaurant everyday because it was so good. The staff mostly doesn't speak english, but everybody was very friendly. I didn't expect such a nice breakfast!!! I can highly recommend it and we will definitely go there again!
Review 4：Hard to get to. Only possible by using the main road going around the city, if you only have a small car without 4-wheel drive. Wi-Fi only allows one person to go online, you will be kicked out all the day ( but ok, it is vacation, so no real need for wi-fi). Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the owners, since they only spoke English. Nevertheless, still a nice experience to communicate with hand and feet.
Review 5：Hotel was clean and very cute in its own way. Staff, which spoke English was very nice (also the other non-English speaking ones of course).
Review 6：Barking dogs all night, proprietor a bit standoff is, did not tell us anything about the use of the room, very rarely was anyone in reception.

Review 16：Late in the evening and early in the morning in the hotel there is only an elderly lady, who does not speak a word in English (or other languages). It made things slightly complicated.
Review 17：As there were no busses to Nuoro on the day of my departure, the staff arranged transfer for me for a very reasonable amount. Thanks to them.
Review 18：The old woman in the reception didn't speak any English, wasn't possible to ask for the Internet password (assuming it was a network. Poor breakfast but the waitress very polite. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for such a low standard!

Review 20：Didn't like noise from pizzeria and the breakfast was dreadful-just bread and cake. Odd because the food in the pizzeria was excellent.
